[Background Art] Generally, as the frame shape of a building panel in which an assembling and reinforcing frame is adhered to the back surface of a building board, the simpler the reinforcing frame shape is,
It is desirable because of cost and productivity. In terms of panel quality, it is also necessary to secure the required strength with a small amount of reinforcement. For the above reason, the frame structure is determined by adding a reinforcing material to the four-round assembly frame (which is considered to be the minimum required considering the panel assembly and strength). Generally, as shown in FIG. 6, a structure in which a horizontal reinforcing member 2 is installed in the width direction of a rectangular assembly frame 1 is adopted. The reason is that the reinforcing material in the height direction (longitudinal direction) is long and therefore easily deformed, and the reinforcing material is required in the central lateral direction in order to maintain dimensional accuracy.

しかし上記のような構造にしても次の欠点がある。However, even with the above structure, there are the following drawbacks.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the assembly frame 1 is formed of a pair of horizontal frame members 3 and a pair of vertical frame members 4 into a rectangular shape along the four circumferences of the building board 8. In the present embodiment, the end portions of the horizontal frame member 3 and the vertical frame member 4 are connected to each other by bolts and nuts using the connecting fittings 6, but they may be connected by welding or the like. . A horizontal reinforcing member 2 is provided between the vertical frame members 4 on both sides of the assembly frame 1 in the widthwise direction (shorter direction) at the center of the vertical direction.
Both ends of are connected to the vertical frame member 4. Assembly frame 1
A vertical reinforcing member 7 is installed between the horizontal frame member 3 and the horizontal reinforcing member 2 at the center in the width direction, and both ends of the vertical reinforcing member 7 are connected to the horizontal frame member 3 and the horizontal reinforcing member 2. is there. Both ends of the horizontal reinforcing member 2 and the vertical reinforcing member 7 are connected to each other with bolts and nuts using the connecting metal fittings 6. Here, the joining metal fitting 6 is joined to the side surface of the end portion of the vertical reinforcing member 7 by bolts and nuts, and a gap S is formed between both ends of the vertical reinforcing member 7 and the horizontal reinforcing member 2 or the horizontal frame member 3. ing. Therefore, even if the vertical reinforcing member 2 expands or contracts to some extent, the expansion and contraction is absorbed by the joint portion of the bolts and nuts.
There is no contact with. The building board 8 is fixed to the frame thus assembled with an adhesive to assemble the building panel.

In the present invention, the frame is assembled by connecting as described above, but the panel strength varies depending on the connecting method.
That is, after the vertical reinforcing member 7'is installed in the height direction (longitudinal direction) between the horizontal frame members 3 of the assembly frame 1, the reinforcing member 2'is projected between the vertical frame member 4 and the vertical reinforcing member 7 '. Even though the final shape of the frame is the same, there is a difference in strength as shown in the following test data.

[Test panel] Panel size width a x height b is 1200 mm x 19
25mm panel [Test result] Note) Reinforcing effect is reduced by the amount of deformation and reinforcing effect. As shown in the results of the strength test, it can be seen that the method of connecting the lateral reinforcing members 2 in the width direction to the assembly frame 1 and then connecting the vertical reinforcing members 7 in the height direction has a high reinforcing effect.

By implementing the above reinforcement, the area of only the board can be reduced and the strength of the entire panel can be increased. It is possible to prevent the panels from falling between the frames due to the displacement of the panels during transportation. Furthermore, a gap S is formed between both ends of the vertical reinforcing member 7 and the horizontal reinforcing member 2 or the horizontal frame member 3, and the connecting metal fittings 6 connected to the horizontal reinforcing member 2 or the horizontal frame member 3 are connected to the vertical reinforcing members. By connecting bolts and nuts to the side surfaces of each end of 7, it is possible to absorb the expansion and contraction at the joints of the bolts and nuts even if the vertical reinforcement 7 expands and contracts slightly due to changes in ambient temperature. The influence of expansion and contraction of the vertical reinforcing member 7 does not reach the horizontal reinforcing member 2 and the horizontal frame member 3 via the coupling fitting 6, and the above-mentioned gap S is provided.
Even if the vertical reinforcing member 7 expands and contracts, the horizontal reinforcing member 2 and the horizontal frame member 3 are not touched, and as a result, even if the vertical reinforcing member 7 expands and contracts to a certain extent, the effect on the entire building board 8 is increased. It is possible to prevent the spread. Especially, the total length of all the vertical reinforcing members 7 is longer than the horizontal reinforcing member 2,
The amount of expansion and contraction due to the change in ambient temperature is larger in the vertical reinforcing member 7, but the shape amount is reduced by preventing the expansion and contraction of the vertical reinforcing member 7 from affecting the whole as described above. . Further, since the vertical reinforcing member 7 is arranged over substantially the entire length of the building board 8 in the vertical direction, the strength of the whole is greater than that in the case where it is partially provided.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention is arranged in the width direction between the vertical frame members on both sides of the assembly frame framed in a rectangular shape along the four circumferences of the building board, and both ends thereof are vertical frame members on both sides. The horizontal reinforcements connected to each other and a plurality of vertical reinforcements arranged in a straight line along the vertical frame between the horizontal frame members of the assembly frame and divided at the intersections with the horizontal reinforcements. A frame for reinforcement is formed, and a gap is provided between each end of the vertical reinforcing member and the horizontal frame member or the horizontal reinforcing member, and the connecting metal fittings connected to the horizontal frame member and the horizontal reinforcing member are connected to the vertical reinforcing member. Since it is connected by bolts and nuts to the side surface of each end of the panel, it is reinforced by the lateral reinforcing material and the vertical reinforcing material to improve the strength of the panel (reduction of deformation when the panel is loaded). By inserting vertical reinforcements, the area of only the board is reduced and the strength of the entire panel is improved. In addition, it is possible to prevent the panel from being dropped and damaged between the frames due to the displacement of the panel during transportation. Furthermore, a gap is formed between both ends of the vertical reinforcing member and the horizontal reinforcing member or the horizontal frame member, and a connecting metal fitting connected to the horizontal reinforcing member or the horizontal frame member is provided on the side surface of each end of each vertical reinforcing member. Since they are connected with bolts and nuts, even if the vertical reinforcement expands or contracts slightly due to changes in the ambient temperature, the expansion and contraction of the vertical reinforcement can be absorbed by the connection between the bolts and nuts. The horizontal reinforcing member and the horizontal frame member do not reach through the connecting metal fittings, and even when the vertical reinforcing member expands and contracts, the vertical reinforcing member does not touch the horizontal reinforcing member and the horizontal frame member due to the existence of the gap, As a result, even if the vertical reinforcing material expands or contracts to some extent, the effect of preventing the effect from affecting the entire construction board can be achieved.
