The general shape of a conventional parapet shed is the top 2a of the parapet 2, like the conventional parapet shed 1 shown in the sectional view of FIG. 2 with the details simplified to cover the parapet.
It is composed of a top surface portion 1a that covers the inner surface of the parapet 2 and an inner wall surface portion 1b that covers both inner and outer wall surfaces from the edge of the top end 2a of the parapet 2, and an outer wall surface portion 1c. The inner wall surface portion 1b is inclined so as to be low so that it does not flow down from the wall surface portion 1c and contaminate the outer wall surface of the building, and a slight ridge 1aa is provided on the outer edge. The parapet head 1 having such a structure is attached to the parapet 2 by locking the head end 2a of the parapet 2 fixed to a head bracket (not shown) fixed at predetermined intervals.

However, in such a conventional parapet Kasaki 1,
Depending on the wind direction, the rainwater flows back against the slope, and even if there is a ridge 1aa, it will pass over this ridge 1aa and the outer wall surface 1c
There was a drawback that it drained from the floor and soiled the exterior wall of the building.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and to construct a parapet head tree so that rainwater does not overflow from the top surface portion to the outside even in the wind direction.

As a result of various investigations by the present inventor to solve the above problems,
If the top surface that covers the top of the parapet is inclined to lower the inner wall surface side at least, from the edge on the outer wall surface side to the inner wall surface side up to 1/2 of the width of the top surface part Height of 50 to 50 with a water drain hole at the base except the above edge
The present invention was accomplished by investigating that a 200 mm waterproof wall should be projected.

In the figure, 3 is a parapet headstock according to the present invention, which is continuous with the top surface portion 3a covering the top end 2a of the parapet 2 and the top surface portion 3a, respectively, from the edge of the top end 2a of the parapet 2 to the inner and outer wall surfaces. The point mainly consisting of the inner wall surface portion 3b and the outer wall surface portion 3c that cover is the same as the conventional parapet head. The feature of the present invention is that the top surface portion 3a is provided with an inclination that lowers at least the inner wall surface portion 3b side, and further, a ridge 3aa may be provided on the edge portion on the outer wall surface portion 3c side so that rainwater can be stored in the base portion. A fairly high waterproof wall 3d of ~ 200mm is placed anywhere from the edge of the outer wall 3c to the inner wall 3b up to 1/2 the width of the top 3a (excluding the edge). It is at the point where it was projected. Such a waterproof wall 3d may be a part of a case where the entire head tree 3 is bent and formed by a single metal plate.
It is also possible to make 3d as a separate body and fix it to the top surface 3a by welding, bolts, nuts, etc. Further, it is also possible to make the whole into a completely integrated structure by extrusion molding or casting.

Parapet Kasaki 3 according to the present invention having such a structure
In the above, rainwater pouring on the top surface part 3a cannot be flown to the outer wall surface part 3c side by being blocked by the waterproof wall 3d, and even if rainwater pours on the waterproof wall 3d from the outer wall surface part 3c side, the top surface part 3a
Since the outer portion from the upper waterproof wall 3d is less than 1/2 of the total width, the amount of rainwater is not so large and the rainwater flowing down along the edge of the outer wall portion 3c side of the waterproof wall 3d flows to the inner wall portion 3b side. Since it is guided, the amount of rainwater that falls on the outer wall surface 3c side is reduced, and because the wind is blocked by the waterproof wall 3d, which has a sufficiently high height, rainwater falls on the slopes of the top surface 3a and the ridges 3aa. It does not overflow to the outside even if it goes against it, and flows down to the inner wall surface portion 3b side through the water drain hole 3da.

In the parapet board according to the present invention as described above in detail, the rainwater does not flow down from the top surface portion in any wind direction because the waterproof wall having a height of 50 to 200 mm is projected on the top surface portion. Therefore, the outer wall of the building is hard to get dirty, and the height of the waterproof wall protruding from the top surface gives the third person a solid impression that the height of the tree is very high. Differently, since the waterproof wall which is upright immediately from the edge of the outer wall surface is not upright, it also has the effect of improving the aesthetics of the entire building, and its practical value is extremely large.
