Therefore, when the upper thread is wound around the hook stopper, the operation of the embroidery sewing machine is stopped, but if the stop is delayed, the number of windings of the upper thread around the hook stopper will increase and the entanglement thread that straddles between the cloth and the hook The number of needles increases, which causes a situation in which the entangled thread is clogged in the needle hole of the needle plate. If a large number of entangled threads straddle between the cloth and the hook as described above, it is necessary to immediately cut the entangled threads to remove them from the needle hole or hook stopper, and then restart the embroidery machine. is there.

Therefore, it is possible to cut the dangling entangled yarn with this, so it is possible to cut the dango shaped entangled yarn with this, then lift the cloth upward and pull the long entangled yarn from the needle hole. It was thought that it could be pulled out upwards. However, as is well known, the embroidery sewing machine is spatially extremely narrow near the shuttle, so it is extremely difficult to cut it with a knife equipped with entanglement threads or other nips as described above, and it takes a lot of time. Therefore, there is a problem that the embroidering machine stops for a long time. In addition, there is also a problem that it takes a lot of time to remove the long leg.

It is intended to provide a yarn cutting tool.

The thread cutting tool has a length longer than the distance between the needle hole and the front edge of the embroidery frame in the state where the embroidery frame is located at the forward end, and the thickness is entangled on the table and the table. It is set thin so that it can be inserted between the embroidery frame that is tightly attached to the table and has a continuous string of threads.
The tip part is provided with a sideways hook part for hooking the entanglement thread existing between the cloth on the table and the needle hole in the inserted state along the table top surface, and inside the hook part, above the table top surface A blade portion is provided so that the portion of the entangled yarn that is exposed and close to the cloth can be cut short, and at the base portion, the tip side is between the table and the embroidery frame. Even when the embroidery frame is positioned at the forward end in a state where the hook portion is inserted and the hook portion is opposed to the needle hole, a handle portion for manual operation is provided at a position protruding outward.

きる。Next, 4 is a thread cutting tool for cutting the entangled thread 27 straddling between the cloth 25 attached to the embroidery frame 3 and the shuttle 17, and is constructed as shown in FIG. In the thread cutting tool 4, 30 is a long and thin metal body, and its length L is longer than the distance S between the needle hole 12 and the front edge of the table 1. The size (for example, 1 m) is set, and the thickness is set to be smaller than the gap H between the table 1 and the embroidery frame 3 (for example, 0.5 mm). The width B of the main body 30 is set to 15 mm, for example. Reference numeral 31 is a hook portion provided at one end of the main body 30 and is formed by the concave portion 31a, but may be provided so as to project laterally from the main body 30. Reference numeral 32 denotes a blade portion provided on the inner surface of the hook portion 31, which is formed as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 33 denotes a grip portion provided on the base portion of the main body 30. As shown in FIG. 5, the main body 30 is inserted between the upper surface of the table 1 and the lower surface of the embroidery frame 3 from the front side, and the hook portion 31 is opened. Even if the front side frame member 20 of the embroidery frame 3 is advanced to the front side edge portion of the table 1 in the state of facing the table 12, it is provided in a portion projecting forward from it. Reference numeral 34 is a thread pressing portion provided at the other end of the main body 30.
The thread pressing section may be thread pressing sections 34a, 34b, 34c having the shapes shown in FIGS. 10 (a), (b) and (c). Figure 10 (C)
In 35, 35 is a thread hooking portion, which can be hooked and pulled by the entangled thread, and the thread jammed in the needle hole 12 can be easily pulled out.

You can If the upper thread a is wrapped around the hook stopper for some reason during the embroidery sewing operation, as shown in FIG.
A large number of entangled threads 27 straddle the needle hole 12 between the hook 25 and the hook stopper 18, and the embroidery on the cloth 25 is performed at the same position to form a dumpling. When the embroidery sewing becomes a dumpling as described above, the operation of the embroidery machine is temporarily stopped, and the entangled yarn 27 is removed as follows. First, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, holding the handle portion 33 of the thread cutting tool 4, insert the end portion of the main body 30 on the hook portion 31 side from the front between the table 1 and the embroidery frame 3,
As shown in FIG. 6, the hook portion 31 of the main body 30 is hooked on the entangled thread 27 that extends between the cloth 25 and the needle hole 12. Next, the main body 30 is pulled forward, and the entangled yarn 27 is cut by the blade portion 32 of the hook portion 31 as shown in FIG. Next, the thread cutting tool 4 is pulled out between the table 1 and the embroidery frame 3, and this time, as shown in FIG.
And the entangled yarn 27 that extends between the needle hole 12 and the hook stopper 18 is pushed by the yarn pushing portion 34 of the main body 30. As a result, as shown in FIG. 9, the entangled yarn 27 comes out of the needle hole 12 and comes off the hook stopper 18 to be dropped and removed. After that, the embroidery machine is restarted to perform embroidery work. The thread pressing section 34 may be omitted and the entangled thread may be pressed by a driver or the like.

When the thread 27 is generated, after stopping the operation of the embroidery machine, the grip portion of the thread cutting tool 4 is stopped.
Holding 33, insert the leading end side of the thread cutting tool 4 into the gap between the upper surface of the table 1 and the lower surface of the embroidery frame 3 from the front, hook the hook portion 31 of itself into the entanglement thread 27 and entangle it. yarn
There is a feature that 27 can be cut short by the blade portion 32 near the bottom surface of the cloth. As a result, the entanglement yarn 27 between the cloth 25 and the needle hole 12 can be simply and quickly removed without jumping up the embroidery frame 3, and the embroidery machine can be restarted quickly, and the operating rate of the embroidery machine can be increased. it can. In addition, since the short leg on the lower surface of the cloth is easier to remove than before.
