路に漏れ出ることはない。このため内燃機関の停止時に
リザーバ内のオイル量が低下せず、従って機関を高速運
転したり機関を再始動した時に高圧室にエアーを吸い込
むという従来の不具合が解消される。

より、前記リザーバに小孔を介して連通し、この小孔を
閉塞動作するチェックボールを収容した高圧室が画成さ
れ、カムの回転に連係して揺動するロッカアームのバル
ブステム当接部に内蔵された油圧式ラッシュアジャスタ
において、前記ラッシュアジャスタ取付孔には、ボディ
の挿着される円筒型の内張部材が挿着され、リザーバ形
成孔に挿着された内張部材とラッシュアジャスタ取付孔
に挿着された内張部材との付合わせ部が液密封止された
ことを特徴とする油圧式ラッシュアジャスタ。
