A method of mechanically mixing and stirring by placing a blade that rotates or moves up and down in a container. A method in which the container is turned over and shaken to cause the liquid in the container to flow and to be mixed and stirred. In addition, a method of applying energy such as magnetism, high frequency, and ultrasonic waves from the outside. There is a method in which the liquid in the container is made to flow by making the container soft and deforming the container.

The rotational force generated by the drive motor 1 is transmitted to the revolution shaft 3 by the belt 2. The period of revolution is appropriately determined depending on the material to be mixed and stirred, but the mixing and stirring material is 10 PS.

The rotation of the revolving portion causes the belt 5 to rotate without sliding on the outer periphery of the pulley 4 fixed integrally with the main body fixing frame 9. However, here, the pulley 4 is not connected to the revolution shaft 3. Therefore, the belt 5 advances by the outer diameter of the pulley 4, is transmitted to the pulley 6 fixed to the rotation shaft, and rotates the rotation shaft 7.

For example, when the pulleys 4 and 6 have the same diameter, the revolution cycle and the rotation cycle are the same. As shown in FIG. 1, when the rotation shaft 7 is inclined with respect to the revolution shaft 3 toward the inner side of the rotation orbit, the mixing and stirring property is improved. This angle is appropriately determined by the properties of the mixing and stirring material and the rotation cycle.

When the container containing the mixed stirring material is revolved, a centrifugal force acts in the outer direction of rotation. However, the centrifugal force acts only in a fixed direction only by the revolution, and the materials cannot be mixed and stirred. This is a new mixing and stirring device having a mechanism in which when the container is rotated around the axis of revolution, the direction of the centrifugal force acting on the material in the can moves, and the liquid in the container rotates and mixes and stirs.

The concept of the present invention will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. FIG. 2 is a diagram of the mixing and stirring apparatus according to the present invention as viewed from directly above, and is a diagram on the assumption that, at the same time as the revolution, the autorotation is performed in the same cycle in the direction opposite to the revolution direction. Here, the circle represents the revolution orbit, and the arrow represents the direction of centrifugal force. The squares indicate the mixing and stirring vessels, and A, B, C, and D indicate the positions of the cans every 90 ° on the revolution orbit. Also, let arbitrary points on the can wall of the container be E and F. On the orbit, the can moves in the order of A → B → C → D → A, and at this time, points E and F rotate once in the direction opposite to the revolution during one revolution. The direction of centrifugal force is A, B, C,
It can be seen that each position of D changes.

Thus, in the present invention, the direction of the centrifugal force acting on the material in the can generated by the rotation is further sequentially and continuously changed by the rotation, so that the material in the container is fluidized and mixed and stirred.

Next, FIG. 3 is a diagram of the mixing and stirring apparatus when the rotation motion is not performed, as viewed from directly above. As is clear from the figure, the direction of the centrifugal force at each of the positions A, B, C, D is always constant from point F to point E. In this case, fluidization hardly occurs in the can and sufficient mixing and stirring cannot be obtained.

After the operation was completed, the can was removed from the device, the top plate was cut off, and the state of the paint was observed.
Transfer this paint to another container and put it in the top, middle and bottom of the can.
When paints were sampled at certain points and formed into coating films under constant conditions, and the color difference was measured with a Tokyo Denki color difference meter, the maximum color difference was ΔE = 0.05. No paint adhered to the cut-off top plate, and the paint near the can wall was wiped with a rubber spatula, but it was uniformly mixed up to the can wall.
