は、ボルトの取付穴を開設した板材にボルトの首部を固
着する方法において、ボルト首部に板材への食い込み用
凹凸部を設け、かつ軸心部にボルト頭部頂部から首部に
かけて首部の拡径用穴を設けたボルトを、その首部を板
材の取付穴内に位置させて嵌め込み、次に拡径用穴内に
その穴の径よりも大きい径の工具を押し込み、ボルト首
部の径を拡大して板材の取付穴周縁部に圧着し、板材と
ボルトを一体に固着することを特徴とした方法及びその
ボルトの構造である。 また、ボルトの取付穴を開設し
た板材にボルトの首部を固着する方法において、ボルト
首部に板材への食い込み用のねじ部を設け、前記板材の
ボルト取付穴の径はボルト首部の径よりもやや小さく形
成し、ボルト首部を板材の取付穴内に圧入した後、ボル
トの頭部と反対側のボルト首部をかしめて板材にかしめ
部を圧着させ、板材とボルトを一体に固着することを特
徴とした方法及びそのボルトの構造である。さらに、上
記のボルト首部に設けたねじ部に、軸方向に溝を設けた
