(Problems of the Prior Art) A furniture plate-like object such as a conventional deck used for a desk or a table usually has a surface material (1), a subbing (2), as shown in FIG. It comprises a wood core (3), a paper honeycomb or hollow body (4), and a backing material (5).

This furniture plate has a drawback that the plate is warped due to changes in temperature and humidity. To prevent this, as shown in FIG. 2, a square pipe (6) or an angle pipe is used. It is also known that (7) or the like is simply used as a reinforcing material. The plate-shaped body using the equiangular pipe (6) or the angle (7) can be expected to have an effect of preventing warpage and improving mechanical strength.

When the seed plate is used as, for example, a table or a desk, it is necessary to fix the legs to the plate through the frame. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, it is necessary to fix the frame (8) to the lower part of the plate-like body with bolts (9) or the like. For this reason, the plate-like body requires the wooden core (3). In a plate-shaped body using a square pipe (6) or an angle or the like to prevent warpage, the frame (8) and these pipes are overlapped with each other, resulting in high cost. Moreover, the frame (8) is fixed to the lower part of the top deck, which is not desirable in appearance.

In addition, when attaching legs etc. to the top deck, there are also those in which the legs are foldable. For example, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), a frame (11) is provided in the lower part of the top deck (10), and the legs (12) are connected via the frame (11) using a connecting part (13). , The stay (14) is used for folding.

In the case where such a conventional folding type leg portion is provided, when it is folded, the deck (10), the frame (11) and the leg portion (12) have three layers as shown in FIG. In the overlapping state, the folding thickness increases and the weight also increases.

In order to avoid these triple structures, it is known that the legs are directly fixed to the top deck using bolts or screws. However, this has a fatal defect that the strength is insufficient and it does not pass the JIS standard.

(Means for Solving Problems) An object of the present invention is to solve each difficulty of furniture such as the above-mentioned conventional desks and tables, and this problem is due to connection with legs and other members. It is achieved by embedding a square pipe or an angle as a member of the above in the top deck.

(Operation and configuration of the present invention) In the plate-shaped body of the present invention, a member (15) for connecting to legs and other members is embedded in the plate-shaped body (10) in principle as shown in FIG. It was done. A square pipe or an angle is used as the member (15). Figure 5 (a)
In the above, an example in which two square pipes are used as connecting members is shown, but as shown in FIG. 5B, they may be embedded in the four sides of the plate-shaped body. Further, depending on the case, one piece may be embedded in the center of the plate-shaped body. As this member, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), a member that also has a connector (16) for connecting a leg portion or the like may be used, and the leg portion may be further connected via a connector or an adjuster. Is also good.

The connection between the plate-shaped body of the present invention and the leg portion is securely and easily performed by tightening the bolt of the leg portion with the nut (18) in the member (15) as shown in FIG. You can Furthermore, as already mentioned, it may be connected via a connector or an adjuster.

In the plate-shaped body of the present invention, since the member for connecting to the legs and the like is embedded inside the plate-shaped body, it can be connected to the legs and the like without a frame. For this reason, unlike the conventional plate-shaped body, the frame is present below the plate-shaped body, so that the appearance is not deteriorated.

Further, since the connecting member of the present invention has a considerable strength, it is possible to prevent warpage and the like, so that a separate member for preventing warpage is not required. In addition, the effect of eliminating the need for a wooden core for connecting legs and the like as in the conventional case is also exerted.

(Example) A table in which legs are fixed to bolts on a deck using square pipes shown in FIG. 5 (a), and legs are bolted directly to the deck without using square pipes as in the past. The strength of the fixed table was subjected to a vertical load test of JIS-S-1031. As a result, the table of the present invention passed the sled at 2.5 / 1000, but the conventional product had a warp of 9/9.
It was / 1000 and was unacceptable. The size of the table was 600 mm in length, 1800 mm in width, and 700 mm in height.
