Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent fingers from getting hurt by a caulking claw without any troubles for cutting the wrapping film, by bending the front end of the caulking claw fixing a cutter, within the inside of the surface of board. CONSTITUTION:An oblong box is composed of front plate 1, bottom plate 2, rear plate 3, cover plate 4, side plates 8, and overlaying flap 5 extended from the cover plate 4 to cover the front plate 1 as main parts. The wrapping film contained in the inside is drawn as much as it is required and cut off by a cutter K fixed to the box. The metallic sawing blade K of cutter having a linear shape as the whole is fixed by a caulking claw 12 at the rear side of the front edge of the overlaying flap 5. The front end of the caulking claw 12 fixing the cutter blade K is bent within the inside of the paper board surface (within the area of the thickness of paper board). This container box withstands, for the time being, shocks during transportation and stresses on cutting and the apperarance is elegant. And since the front end of caulking claw is not exposed on the surface, it can completely prevent fingers from getting hurt.

2. Description of the Related Art A front plate 1 as shown in FIGS. 4 (A) and 4 (B),
The bottom plate 2, the rear plate 3, the lid plate 4, the side plate 8, and the lid lid piece 5 extending from the lid plate 4 in the direction to cover the front plate 1 are rectangular boxes having a main body part, and the wrap film stored inside is a box body. A storage box for a wrap film, which is used by cutting a required amount with a cutting tool K that is fixed by crimping on a box board, is, for example, Shoukaikai 59-280.
No. 22 publication. Further, this kind of box body may or may not have a side cover lid piece 11 extending from the cover plate 4 in a direction to cover the side plate 8, and the cutting tool K is positioned at the bottom plate 2 and the front plate 1. Generally, the blade edge is attached to the part paperboard near the ridgeline, the upper edge portion of the front plate 1 and the tip edge portion of the covering lid piece 5 so that the cutting edge protrudes from the other edge portion. The overall shape of the cutting tool may be, for example, a straight shape, a concave arc shape, a convex arc shape, a V-shaped projection shape, or a trapezoidal projection shape as the shape of a virtual line connecting the cutting edges. Existence is known. FIG. 4 shows therein the cover plate 4 to the side plate 8
When a metal saw blade K having a straight shape of an imaginary line connecting the blade edges is fixed by caulking to a box body having a side cover lid piece 11 extending in a direction covering The above is an example.

This caulking fixing is carried out, for example, when a metal thin plate is processed into a saw blade shape by a die as shown in (a) and (b) of FIG. 3 at several positions in the longitudinal direction of the metal thin plate which becomes the saw blade. Na break P
Is put in, for example, a letter-letter shape or an X shape, and the cut P is shown in FIG.
(A) and (B) are folded at a fold Q as shown in (B) to form the crimping claws 12, and the crimping claws 12 are pierced at a predetermined portion of the paperboard to be a box body. As shown in Figure 3 (A) and 3 (B), the tip portion is spread on the paperboard, laid down sideways, and strongly pressed, resulting in the state shown in Figure 3 (C) in the paperboard cross section, which is the direction perpendicular to the paperboard surface. In general, the caulking is firmly fixed so as to satisfy the average value of about 1.1 kg / pair (one caulking fixing portion) with the fixing strength indicated by the stress when the saw blade is pulled up. At this time, it is also known that caulking claw forming traces 12 'remain as voids on the thin plate side of the saw blade K. In this caulking claw 12, when the shape of the cut P is changed, for example, as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3B, the caulking claw 12 having two to four claws can be formed. That is, the number of claws at one point (a pair) of the crimp fixing parts can be adjusted by the way of making the cuts, and the length of the claws can be adjusted by the length of the cuts. This kind of caulking fixing is to prevent loosening and coming off due to vibration during transportation of the box and stress during film cutting, and the tip of the piercing caulking nail is laid down on the paperboard.
It is common to firmly set and fix. In the portion shown as the crimping nail 12 in FIG. 4, the cutting tool is crimped and fixed from the back surface side of the covering lid piece, so that the tip portion of the crimping nail that is exposed sideways on the front side paperboard is represented.

Recently, there is a market demand for this type of storage box so that the cutter blade can be safely and easily removed when it is discarded as an empty box. As a countermeasure, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-62619 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-48120, a part paperboard to which a cutting tool is attached is provided in a shape that surrounds the cutting tool along a cutting line along the shape of the cutting tool. It is proposed that the cutting tool at the time of discarding should be cut from this cutting line together with the paperboard.

However, in the proposals of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-62619 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-48120, the installation of perforations surrounding the cutting tool reduces the rigidity and strength of the paper board. Therefore, there is a problem that the cutting performance of the cutting tool attached to the part is deteriorated. As another problem, recently, practical use of a storage box with a cutting tool on the back side of the cover lid piece has advanced, but the fixing part of the caulking claw exposed on the surface of the cover lid piece unexpectedly protruded for some reason. If this happens, this may cause injury to the fingertips or the like. This is because it is necessary to strongly press the vicinity of the fixed portion of the crimping nail with a fingertip when the film is cut in the case of a storage box having a cutting tool attached to the tip of the cover lid piece. A first object of the present invention is to provide a storage box with a cutting tool that has a fixing portion for crimping nails that does not pose a risk of damaging fingertips, etc. The second is to provide a storage box with a cutting tool that allows the caulking fixing portion to be detached from the paperboard at the time of disposal to remove the cutting tool.

The difference between the present invention and the conventional product is that FIG.
As shown in (A), the caulking claw 12 (the bent portion of the tip) fixing the metal saw blade K is not exposed on the surface side of the tip edge portion of the covering lid piece 5. This is a cutting tool K
All of the caulking fixing points that fix the
This is due to the caulking fixing in which the tip bending of the paper is retained inside the surface of the paperboard (in the area of the paperboard thickness). That is, when the fixing state of the cutting tool is viewed from the back side of the covering lid piece 5 [FIG. 1 (C)], the caulking claw forming traces 12 having the shape of FIG. 'Is recognized, but when viewed from the front side [FIG. 2 (B)], the caulking fixed portion is not visible on any of the cover lid pieces. The arrangement of the caulking fixing portion shown in FIG. 1 is about 0.5 kg / a pair of values in all the fixing portions in the longitudinal direction of the cutting tool, in which the tip of the caulking claw 12 is bent sideways inside the paper surface. It is for deploying the state one. This storage box withstands shocks during transportation and the stress of cutting operation, has a good external appearance, and can completely prevent scratching of fingers with caulking nails. It is a storage box with a cutting tool that can perform with about half the stress compared to the conventional product (fixed strength = about 1.1 kg / pair).

2 (B) and 2 (C) are views showing a fixed state of a cutting tool according to another embodiment of the present invention. Since the part corresponding to (A) is almost the same as that in FIG. 1 (A), it is omitted. Figure 2
(B) is a schematic plan view showing the fixed state of the cutting tool from the front surface side of the lid, and FIG. 2 (C) is a schematic plan view showing the rear surface side of FIG. 2 (B). Fixing the cutting tool K in the storage box of the present invention shown in FIG. 2 is as shown in FIG. 3 (A) at 20 positions (20 pairs) in the longitudinal direction of the saw blade when viewed from the back side of the covering piece 5 [FIG. ),
Although the caulking nail formation traces 12 'in which (B) -shaped ones are mixed are observed, the caulking of the caulking nails 12 at 12 positions (12 pairs) in the longitudinal direction when viewed from the surface side [Fig. 1 (B)]. Only the fixed part is visible. In other words, when comparing the front and back sides, the caulking fixing part by the caulking claws at the two positions (total of 4 pairs) at both ends of the saw blade K and the total of 4 positions (4 pairs) at the central part is the surface paperboard. It is not exposed to the upper side, and the tip of the crimping claw 12 is in a fixed state in which the crimping is bent sideways and bent inside the paperboard. The arrangement setting of the caulking fixing portion in FIGS. 2 (B) and 2 (C) is set as the cutting tool fixing strength as a whole, which is the same as that of the conventional product (the safety factor is increased), and the impact or cutting during transportation is cut. A fingertip cut by caulking nails in this type of box that secures sufficient fixing strength to withstand external force during operation, and on which the cutting operation is performed while pressing the longitudinal center part of the tip of the cover lid piece 5 with the fingertip. It is designed to prevent the occurrence of problems, and to easily separate the crimping claw fixing part from the paper board (removing the saw blade) by pulling the saw blade from one end to the other end if necessary. Therefore, as it is, removal of the saw blade by detachment of the caulking nail fixing part becomes insufficient. Therefore, at least in the caulking nail fixing part having high fixing strength, the caulking nail of about 5 to 7 mm is removed on the paper board on which the caulking nail exists. There is a small cut 7 which helps to remove the saw blade in combination with it. The small cut 7 is not directly related to the crimping fixing in the thickness of the paperboard according to the present invention, but the dragging force of the crimping claw fixing portion against the external force at the time of transportation or the cutting operation is not significantly impaired, It plays the role of facilitating only the detachment of the crimping claw fixing part.

Generally, the fixing strength of the caulking fixing portion when the materials and conditions are constant is proportional to the area of the tip of the caulking claw lying sideways on the back surface paperboard (or inside the paperboard). Therefore, it can be said that the length of the crimping nail is a major factor that governs the fixing strength. In the "caulking fixing part in which the tip bending of the caulking claw 12 is kept inside the paperboard surface" used in the present invention, the length of the caulking claw before caulking is required to be much longer than the paperboard thickness. The problem is how much the crimping claw tip can be laid down sideways within the paperboard (within the thickness). This is because a caulking claw having a thickness shorter than the thickness of the paperboard has a very small amount of the caulking claw laying down due to the press deformation of the paperboard, and therefore practical fixing strength is not generated.

A method of allowing the tip portion of the crimping nail to fall sideways in the paperboard is as follows, for example, as shown in FIGS. 3 (A) and 3 (B). The tip of each of the is within the dimension range from the tip of the toe to the middle of the nail,
Approximately 20-40 with respect to the virtual extension line of the caulking nail that is standing upright
This is to create a crimping nail that is bent outward at an angle of degrees and perform crimping fixing with the crimping nail that is bent. The bent shape may be a shape in which a straight line is bent at one place, a shape bent at a few places, or the like, but a bent shape having a curvature is preferable. These values vary depending on the thin plate material of the target cutting tool, the material of the paperboard, the relationship between the thickness of the paperboard and the nail length, the position of the caulking fixing part you want to keep within the paperboard thickness, the driving speed of the caulking nail, etc. Therefore, it is important to find suitable conditions in advance by repeating preliminary experiments with practical objects. Generally, the tip of the crimping nail tends to penetrate the paperboard or penetrate deeply into the paperboard (positioned on the other surface side of the paperboard) as the bending start position moves toward the toe side and the bending angle becomes smaller. Yes, on the contrary, as the bending start position moves toward the middle of the nail,
The larger the bending angle, the more likely the tip portion of the crimping nail bends without sticking to the paperboard, or bends at a position (within the thickness of the paperboard) piercing the paperboard shallowly. Therefore, from the practical point of securing the caulking fixing strength, the bending start position is set to a dimension of about 2/5 to 1/5 of the nail length from the tip of the toe, and the bending angle with respect to the virtual extension line of the standing caulking nail is about It is desirable that the angle is 25 to 35 degrees.

A convenient method for producing a crimped nail whose tip portion is preliminarily bent as described above is to use a pressing die for forming a crimped nail having a special shape. That is, as a specific example of the pressing die shape, the tip of the die for making the notch for the crimping nail in the thin plate is, for example, 50 at an inclination angle with respect to the die center line.
The mold guiding portion which has an obtuse angle of about 10 degrees (the angle of opening is about 100 degrees) and which pushes out the above-mentioned continuous cuts to erect the crimping claws has an inclination angle with respect to the center line of, for example, about 20 degrees (tilt). A pressing die having a so-called two-step inclined portion having an acute angle of about 40 degrees as an opening angle is used. In this way, the obtuse tip projection of the tip of the die that abuts the thin plate first makes a cut in the thin plate and at the same time pushes the thin plate that will be the crimping nail to the back surface and bends the tip of the crimping nail. To form. Then, due to the subsequent inclination of the die guide part, the whole of the caulking nail stands upright on the back surface of the thin plate, and the caulking nail when standing upright by pressing at the inclined root portion of the die guiding part is a virtual extension line of the upright caulking nail. On the other hand, it is formed as a state having a tip portion that is bent outward (in a direction to lie down) at an angle of about 30 degrees (50-20 degrees). In this case, the bending start position can be adjusted by adjusting the dimension of the tip of the mold. When the cutting tool with the crimping nail obtained by the above method is pressed against the paperboard and strongly pressed, the crimping nail bites into the paperboard layer about 2/3 to 5/6 of the thickness of the paperboard, and the inside of the paperboard surface (paperboard (The inside of the thickness) will lie down and form the fixed part. According to experiments conducted by the inventors of the present invention in which the areas of the tips of the crimping claws that are laid sideways are made uniform, the fixing strength of the obtained crimping parts is that of a caulking state exposed on a normal surface (about 1.1 kg on average).
/ Pair), the crimped state in which the sheet is laid inside the surface of the paper generally shows a value lower by about 20 to 70%. It is presumed that the reason for this is that the pinching pressure between the cutting tool and the nail is small, and the thickness of the interposing paperboard is thin.

Therefore, in order to keep the fixing strength high,
It is desirable to increase the fixed part area by setting the number of caulking claws forming a pair to four or more. However, for weakening the fixing strength, for example, the area of the caulking claw tip part to be laid down should be made slightly smaller or fixed to the paperboard layer. The average fixed strength is about 0.9-0.03k by making the existing position of the part slightly shallower.
It is possible to stably form the caulking fixing portion in the range of g / pair. On the other hand, the required fixing strength to withstand the impact during transportation and the stress of the cutting operation is one of the common fixing strengths, even when considering the difference in the film cutting method that comes from the difference in the shape of the cutting blade. With the average value of the entire caulking part that supports the cutting tool,
A pair is about 0.3 kg or more, strictly about 0.4 to 0.5 k
It has been observed that a fixed strength of g / pair or more is sufficient. Therefore, the caulking fixing part with different fixing strength is
The cutting tool may be appropriately arranged depending on the function required for the fixed portion in the longitudinal direction.

There is also a desire to set the fixing strength of the cutting tool on the high strength side in consideration of the safety factor as is done in general buildings and the like. If you want to make it easier to remove the cutting tool after satisfying these wishes, use the strong crimping fixation as described above on the paperboard where the sideways crimping nails exist, or near the sideways crimping nails. Advantageously, the paperboard is provided with small cuts 7 of about 5 to 7 mm length that aid in the removal of the crimped nails. As another technique for assisting the detachment of the caulking nails, the present inventors have provided a cutting tool with a strong thin film such as a film, paper, or a fabric, which is cut into a shape that does not deteriorate the cutting performance, on the back side of the cutting tool. We developed a technology to stack the cutting tools on both sides so that the cutting tools are crimped to the prescribed parts of the paperboard while still stacked.
The application is No. 04710. This technique has an effect of facilitating removal of the cutting tool by detaching the caulking fixing portion from the paperboard when the cutting tool is pulled over by using the thin-leaf body protruding from the side of the cutting tool as a handle. Therefore, the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application No. 4-
It is extremely desirable to add No. 204710 and to add a combination of the above-mentioned small cut and Japanese Patent Application No. 4-204710 to the present invention in order to widen the selection range of the cutting tool fixing strength. Further, in the above embodiment, the description of the guide portion for facilitating the grasping of the cutting tool at the time of removing the cutting tool is omitted, but these are, for example, bent at the end of the cutting tool and extended. Attach a string, tape, etc. to the end of the tool, or place a cutting line in a small range that does not reduce the rigidity of the paperboard on the part of the paperboard near the end of the cutting tool, cut it and cut it into each handle. Means such as doing is adopted. Further, with respect to the cutting tool referred to in the present invention, the overall shape, the mounting position, etc. are not restricted to the above-mentioned embodiment, and can be applied to all known cutting tools.
