Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable saw teeth to be bonded to a carton blank quickly by a method wherein both are welded after preliminarily heating a bonding part of the carton blank when they are ultrasonic welded via a thermoplastic resin film molded to a sheet with saw teeth made of vulcanized fiber. CONSTITUTION:A raw fiber sheet 3 of a vulcanized fiber board wherein a dampproof film composed of a thermoplastic layer is formed on both sides of the raw fabric of the vulcanized fiber, is fed so as to project on an upper surface of a lower edge 37 by a specific length from an end face of an upper edge 34. A die setting mechanism is transferred to an operation of mold clamping under such a state, and the lower edge 37 is raised to cut the raw fabric sheet 3 off in a saw teeth form. At the same time, the sheet with saw teeth after cutting off is pushed at a specific position on a surface to be bonded of the carton blank P being on standby above the sheet. Prior to pushing, for example, hot air is blown agaisnt the carton blank P just before ultrasonic welding via a blowing nozzle 50 to carry out preliminary heating.

2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, a cooking sheet such as a wrap film and an aluminum foil is wound into a roll and then a carton case (hereinafter referred to simply as a bottom plate, a front plate, a back plate, a gable plate and a lid). It is stored in a carton), and when necessary, the sheet is pulled out from the winding roll by an arbitrary length, and then the saw blade is attached to the carton in advance (hereinafter simply referred to as a cutting blade or a saw blade). Cut and use. As a cutting blade of the carton, a metal plate-shaped cutting blade is generally used, and a protrusion for caulking is provided in advance on this cutting blade, and it is easily attached by stacking pressure on a predetermined mounting position of the carton blank. I was able to. However, the metal cutting blade may damage the fingers when handling the carton, and since the cutting blade portion cannot be incinerated when the carton is discarded, it has to be removed from the carton, which is a problem for disposal. Therefore, recently, there has been proposed a carton having a paper or resin cutting blade that can be incinerated instead of the metal cutting blade and does not generate dust pollution. Since this paper cutting edge does not have a crimping function unlike a metal cutting edge, it is usually fixed with an adhesive or heat-sealed. Also, a method of adhering the vulcanized fiber cutting blade and the carton by welding the thermoplastic resin film interposed between the cutting edges using ultrasonic waves has been proposed (Patent dated October 30, 1992). By the way, in the bonding method using the adhesive, the adhesive is expensive and a step of applying the adhesive to the carton or the cutting blade is required.
Further, when the cutting blades are bonded, punching and bonding of the blades are performed mechanically at the same time, so that there is a problem that adhesive residue adheres to the cutting blades. In the case of heat sealing, heat is transferred to the cutting edge of the cutting blade die and expands,
There was also a problem that the engagement was bad and the cutting edge was damaged. Further, although the above problems can be avoided in the welding and adhesion by ultrasonic waves, it is not possible to raise the productivity to the same extent as when mounting a metal cutting blade, and it is necessary to shorten the time for ultrasonic sealing. The present invention has been made to eliminate the above-mentioned problems of the conventional type, and the purpose thereof is to:
It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel means for adhering a vulcanized fiber saw blade to a carton blank quickly and reliably.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a vulcanized fiber in which a thermoplastic resin film is applied at a predetermined position of a carton composed of a bottom plate, a front plate, a back plate, a gable plate and a lid. When the manufactured saw blades are welded, the bonding interface is preheated with hot air or the like and then ultrasonically welded to each other. The synthetic resin film may be any film as long as it is a film of a thermoplastic resin, but polypropylene (P

That is, the present invention provides a vulcanized fiber on both sides, for example, a polyolefin resin film,
A material with a moisture-proof coating with low moisture permeability selected from either polyester resin film or polyvinylidene chloride resin film is used as a material, and a saw blade is formed on this material to form a sheet with a saw blade. The sheet with a saw blade is adhered to the carton described above, and the adhesion is performed as follows. First, after preheating by blowing hot air or the like to the bonding portion of the paperboard constituting the carton described above, a sheet with a saw blade is formed on the surface of the sheet by a ultrasonic welding method through a moisture-proof coating. To weld them to each other so that the saw blade can be attached to the carton quickly and firmly.

The moisture-proof coating may be formed directly on the surface of the vulcanized fiber, but prior to that, the melamine resin, glyoxal, or other water-proofing agent may be applied to the water-proof or water-proofing means. Of course, the moisture-proof film may be formed after the waterproof treatment is applied.

By the way, in order to improve the adhesion between the moisture-proof coating and the vulcanized fiber, the following means can be adopted. That is, a method of applying an anchor coating agent such as polyethyleneimine to the vulcanized fiber surface in advance, or prior to laminating a moisture-proof coating on the vulcanized fiber surface, a corona discharge treatment is previously performed on the surface of the resin film to be the moisture-proof coating. There are ways to go.

Furthermore, it is also possible to subject the end faces of the saw blade after forming the saw blade as described above, more specifically, to the recesses of the individual cutting blades, in order to make them water resistant. The following processing is performed on the periphery of the blade after forming the sawtooth blade. That is, one of them is a method of applying or impregnating an organic solvent solution of each of the resins having relatively high fluidity or various waterproofing agents other than the above, and subjecting the end face of the blade to waterproofing, In addition to the above, the electron beam curable resin (EB resin) or the ultraviolet curable resin (U
A waterproof film may be formed by coating an ionizing radiation curable resin such as V resin) and then curing the resin. The waterproof film after curing with ionizing radiation curable resin is
Since it has extremely high hardness, it has the effect of preventing water from penetrating from the end surface of the saw blade and improving the strength of the blade itself. Incidentally, the water resistant treatment is a concept including a so-called waterproof treatment for preventing infiltration of moisture.

The moisture-proof coating may be formed on both the front and back surfaces of the vulcanized fiber, and then the waterproof coating may be formed on the end surfaces of the saw blade in the second step. Alternatively, the vulcanized fiber material may be preliminarily impregnated with a waterproofing agent, and a sawtooth blade may be formed after forming a moisture-proof coating on both surfaces thereof.

Thus, according to the present invention, it becomes possible to keep the vulcanized fiber saw toothed sheet in a state in which it is hardly affected by humidity. Therefore, even though the vulcanized fiber is used as a material, the sheet with saw tooth blades having extremely high dimensional stability is provided. Since it becomes a sheet, the cutting performance of the saw blade is also high, and even when this sheet is bonded to the carton, there is no risk of peeling at the bonding site,
Moreover, it is possible to provide a strongly bonded carton with cutting teeth.

In the present invention, prior to the pressing, hot air of 350 ° C. is blown onto the carton blank P immediately before the ultrasonic welding, as an example, through the blow-out nozzle 50, so that the bonded portion is approximately removed. 1 second,
When preheating was performed, ultrasonic welding, which conventionally took at least 0.2 seconds, could be shortened to 0.1 seconds. By the pressing operation that operates after the completion of preheating, a pressure sensitive switch (not shown) provided in the ultrasonic welding device 30 is turned on, and the welding device operates to melt the moisture-proof coating formed on the surface of the sheet. Then, the sheet 3 is adhered to a predetermined position of the carton blank P.

By the way, a welding state having a flat sealing surface with a sealing area of 8 × 300 mm was obtained by using an ultrasonic welding device of 2400 w. After the bonding work is completed as described above, the die set is brought into the mold open state, and a bonded carton blank of a sheet with a saw blade (a sheet punched with a saw blade so as to have an area of 10 × 300 mm) is attached. It is taken out from the die set mechanism. Thus, a new carton blank and a new original fabric sheet are supplied again, and the bonding work between the two is intermittently performed in the same manner as described above.

When the sheet with a saw blade is welded to the carton blank, the PE laminated coating layer previously formed on the surface of the vulcanized fiber is subjected to surface modification by corona discharge treatment or the carton blank. When a polyethylene emulsion was previously coated and dried on the adhesion site of the surface, the adhesion speed of both was further increased, and a strong adhesion state in which the paper layer was broken over the entire surface was obtained.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, it has the following effects. Since no adhesive is used, the cost is low, and the production speed can be increased more than the conventional metal cutting blade attachment speed. The adhesive gas does not adhere to the die blade for forming the saw blade. Since the welding uses ultrasonic waves, heat is not transmitted to the die blade, and therefore there is no trouble such as damage due to improper engagement of the die blade.
