However, in such a conventional colorimeter, the opening of the measuring table is covered with a detachable cap, but if you forget to do this or lose it, there will be a lot of dust on the factory floor. In such a case, there is a possibility that dust may intrude into the housing from the opening at any time and adhere to the light projecting lens and the light receiving sensor inside.

For objects such as paper and cloth that are fibrous or matte coated objects that easily generate powder, there is a risk that the fibers or powder will fall just by placing the object on the measuring table. There is also a case where the light passes through the opening and falls into the internal optical system.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a measuring table having an opening in a part of a housing accommodating a light projecting section and a light receiving section, and mounts an object to be measured on the measuring table. Then, in the colorimeter that projects the light from the light projecting portion to the object to be measured through the opening, and receives the light diffusely reflected by the object to be measured by the light receiving sensor to measure the color. At the bottom, a shutter member that opens and closes the opening of the measuring table by sliding in the horizontal direction, a dust storage box fixed to one end of the shutter member, and the shutter member are provided. A drive means for reciprocating in the horizontal direction together with the receiving box, and a base end fixed to a fixed portion and a free end slidingly contacting the surface of the shutter member to wipe off dust adhering to the surface and drop into the receiving box. Provided is a colorimeter provided with a wiping member.
