Abstract

PURPOSE:To replace only a filtering or filtering/dust collecting base material damaged at the time of washing by cutting a cylindrical porous member provided with pores having a predetermined pore size corresponding to the particle size of solid particles to be removed so as to have an appropriate thickness. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical porous member made of a fine ceramic material having pores is cut into an appropriate thickness of about 2mm to obtain a thin almost disc-shaped filtering base material 1 having a through-hole 10 at its almost central part. Numberless pores are formed to this filtering base material 1 and the pore size of them is set corresponding to the particle size of solid particles to be removed. The filtering base materials are laminated to perform filtering or filtering/dust collecting treatment through pores.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a porous filter medium 7 as shown in FIG. 5 is used, and a fluidized bed of various fluids such as liquid and gas is passed through innumerable pores formed in the filter medium 7, respectively. The solid particles having a size larger than the pores are filtered or collected by filtration. The filter material 7 has a through hole 1 at the substantially central portion.
It is formed in a cylindrical shape having 0, and innumerable pores for passing the fluidized bed are formed. Then, from the fluid positioned on the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical filter medium 7 to the inner peripheral side of the filter medium 7, solid particles smaller than the diameter of the innumerable pores and a fluidized bed are passed to perform filtration or filtration dust collection. To do. When solid particles are deposited on the filter medium, it is removed and washed. This filter medium has an excellent property that very small solid particles can be removed according to the pore size of the innumerable pores of the porous body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The filtration substrate of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings shown as embodiments. FIG. 1 shows a filtration base material 1 of this embodiment, which has a through hole 10 at a substantially central portion by cutting a cylindrical porous body made of a fine ceramic material having pores into a thickness of about 2 mm. The thin plate is formed in a substantially disc shape. Innumerable pores are formed in the filtration substrate 1, and the pores are set to a predetermined size according to the particle size of the solid particles to be removed. In this example, the pores having a diameter of about 1 μm were used. The filtration base material 1 is laminated, and filtration or filter dust collection processing is performed through each pore. With the filtration substrate 1 of this example, solid particles having a particle size of about 1 μm or more could be removed. As the pore size of the pores, for example, a pore size of about 0.01 μ to 2 μ can be used depending on the particle size of the solid particles to be removed.

2 to 4 show an example of a filtering device constructed by using the filtering substrate 1 as described above, and its construction will be described. FIG. 4 shows a cylinder (hereinafter referred to as a fluidized bed outlet cylinder 2) for leading out a fluidized bed obtained by filtration or filtration dust collection. The fluidized bed lead-out tube 2 has a plurality of perforations 20 on each surface, and a hollow rectangular tube 2A to be inserted into the inner peripheral side of the laminated body of the filtration base materials 1 stacked in a cylindrical shape, and the rectangular tube 2A. And a bolt portion 2B attached to both ends by welding. A guide hole 21 is formed in the axial direction of the fluidized bed only on the lead-out side of the fluidized bed of the bolt portions 2B at both ends, and the fluidized bed obtained by filtration or filtration dust collection is led out from the guide hole 21.

The bolt portion 2B having the guide hole 21 is attached to the fluidized-bed partition wall 3 by a nut through a washer and a spring washer. The fluidized-bed partition wall 3 is a mixture of an untreated fluid storage tank (hereinafter referred to as untreated tank 4A) and a treated fluidized bed storage tank (hereinafter referred to as treated layer 4B) before filtration or filtration dust collection. Is to prevent.

When the filtration base material 1 is laminated on the outer peripheral side of the fluidized bed lead-out tube 2, the nut is unscrewed to remove the fluidized bed lead-out tube 2 from the fluidized bed partition wall 3 and then the other end. The filtration base material 1 is laminated between the nut, the washer, and the spring / washer screwed to the bolt portion 2B on the side.
After that, it is fixed to the fluidized-bed partition wall 3. When the fluid is filtered or dust is collected by filtration, it is performed as follows. A fluid to be filtered or collected by filtering is introduced into the untreated tank 4A from an inflow port 5 provided near the lower end of the untreated tank 4A. Untreated tank 4A
When a certain amount of pressure is applied to the fluid, the solid particles having a particle size larger than the innumerable pores are separated, and only the solid particles smaller than the pores and the fluidized bed are moved to the inner peripheral side of the laminated filtration substrate 1. And the particles are filtered or collected by passing through the pores.

The fluidized bed which has reached the inner peripheral side of the laminated body of the filtration base material 1 reaches the inside of the fluidized bed lead-out tube 2 through the perforations 20 and is sent from the guide hole 21 to the treated layer 4B. In this way, the fluid can be filtered or filtered and dust can be collected. After filtering or filtering dust to some extent and once the filter residue is collected, this filtering operation is once interrupted and so-called back washing is performed. Since a constant gap is formed by the innumerable pores in the filter substrate 1, and the pores are set to a predetermined size according to the particle size of the solid particles to be removed, the pores having a desired size or more Solid particles can be removed. Further, if a defective product is produced during washing or the like, only the defective filtration or filtration dust collecting substrate 1 needs to be replaced, which is more economical than the conventional one.
