[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] This invention is intended to store fresh foods such as vegetables and fresh fish within a certain narrow optimum storage temperature, such as a constant temperature such as an ice refrigerator, a refrigerator or a freezer. The present invention relates to a refrigerator, and more particularly, to a cold storage refrigerator having a cold storage wall in a part of a cold air circulation path.

Conventionally, as a cold storage refrigerator of this type, duct panels are arranged at predetermined intervals on the inner surfaces of the ceiling wall and the left and right side walls of the refrigerator body formed of a heat insulating material. And a duct section is formed between the duct panel and the duct panel, and a refrigerator is arranged at an appropriate position in the duct section to form a cold air circulation path between the refrigerator and the storage space in the refrigerator body. It is known that a part or the whole of the blowout side duct portion from the storage space to the storage space has a structure in which a cool storage agent is accommodated inside and a cool storage wall that comes into contact with cold air passing through the blowout side duct portion is provided. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63
-83569 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 64-1378). In such a cold storage type refrigerator, the rise and fall of the cold air temperature due to the ON / OFF operation of the refrigerator is absorbed by the cold storage wall arranged in the blowout side duct section from the refrigerator to the storage space, and a uniform temperature is obtained. In addition to being able to supply cold air to the storage space, even if the refrigerator cannot be operated due to a power outage or the like, the cold storage can keep cold for a predetermined time.

However, in such a conventional cold storage refrigerator, cold air enters the storage space when circulating through the cold air circulation path of the storage space → suction side duct section → refrigerator → blowout side duct section and cold storage wall → storage space. Dust, dust, etc. are entrained and adhere to this cold air circulation path, especially inside the duct section from the suction side duct section through the refrigerator to the blowout side duct section and the cool storage wall, including the cool storage wall during long-term use. There is a problem that the inside of the lever duct is considerably contaminated and becomes unsanitary.

It is arranged in parallel with the ceiling wall or side wall, and is composed of a plate-shaped regenerator with both sides in contact with cold air.The size and the heat exchange area with the cold air are the size of a cold storage refrigerator, in other words For example, it is difficult to design the heat exchange area of the cold storage wall according to the fresh food to be stored, because it is almost uniquely determined by the size of the ceiling wall and side wall. There is a problem that the heat exchange area of the cold storage wall becomes too small.

Further, regarding the cold storage wall which is disposed in the blowout side duct section from the refrigerator to the storage space and which stores the cool storage agent therein and comes into contact with the cold air passing through the blowout side duct section, it is mutually appropriate means. It is composed of a plurality of cold storage wall members that can be easily connected and disconnected. The structure of the cold storage wall member is not particularly limited, but preferably has one or two or more cylindrical or square tubular hollow portions that contain the cold storage agent and that are connected to each other. On the left and right sides of this hollow portion, there is a male connecting portion on one side and a female connecting portion on the other side to connect a plurality of cold storage wall members without using other connecting means such as bolts and nuts. In addition to being separable, each hollow part projects in the front-rear direction to perform heat exchange with the cool air, and when installed in the outlet side duct part, the inner surface side of the ceiling wall and the left and right side walls and the duct panel. It is preferable that each of the hollow portions has a ridge that maintains a space between them, and that each hollow portion has a heat exchange fin that radially projects to exchange heat with the cool air. Further, the upper and lower end openings may be closed by a means such as welding by providing an injection port for filling the cold storage agent, but preferably the upper end is opened and closed by an openable / closable stopper such as a cork stopper. However, more preferably, the upper and lower ends thereof may be opened respectively, and the upper end opening may be closed with an openable and closable stopper such as a cork stopper and the lower end opening may be closed with an openable and closable stopper such as a rubber stopper.

Therefore, according to the cold storage type refrigerator of this embodiment, the air sucked into the suction side duct portion 8a from the storage space 10 through the suction opening 28 at the time of use is guided to the partition plate 14 and the air suction port.
From 12 enters the refrigerator 9, where heat is exchanged to become cold air,
Next, this cold air enters the blow-out side duct portion 8b from the cold air outlet 13 and descends between the cold storage wall 11 and the right side wall 3b, and further wraps around the lower end of the cold storage wall 11 and the cold storage wall 11 and the right side wall. Ascend between the duct panel 7 and the storage space from the outlet 29
The fresh air in the storage space 10 is cooled to a predetermined temperature by circulating the cold air circulating in the storage space 10. At this time, the cooling of the air in the refrigerator 9 becomes insufficient,
Alternatively, if it becomes excessive, the cold air exchanges heat when passing through both sides of the cold storage wall 11 and is adjusted to a predetermined temperature.

In addition, the amount of regenerator stored in the cold storage wall and the heat exchange area of this cold storage wall can be easily changed according to the type of fresh food to be stored, so it is optimal for the type of fresh food. A cold storage wall can be configured, and the cooling temperature in the storage space can be easily managed.
