DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to a cushioning material for packing, which prevents damage to the surface only when they are in contact with each other when storing large hard objects.

[Prior Art] A hard heavy object, for example, a large-diameter steel pipe will be described. When the steel pipes are stored in an open pile, they are usually handled and piled up in a bare state, and the surfaces are not damaged only by mutual contact. However, if a special coating is applied to the surface, such as recent steel pipes for export, there is a risk that they may simply contact and rub slightly, causing damage and failing inspection.

On the other hand, in the past, when storing large steel pipes for export, a rubber band with a rectangular cross section was wound around both ends of the steel pipe, and the braids passed through the small holes at both ends of the rubber band were tied together and attached to adjacent steel pipes. It was used as a cushioning material.

However, the rubber band has a large friction coefficient with respect to the surface of the steel pipe, and when the lower stacked steel pipe moves somewhat due to the weight of the upper stacked steel pipe, the part of the rubber band pulled by the adjacent steel pipe cannot move Forces often broke the connecting braid and dropped it during transportation. There were also many problems with the rubber band itself. Since the rubber band is very heavy, workability is extremely poor, and it cannot be cut according to the actual product, so many sizes must be stocked. However, it couldn't be rolled small for storage and required a large warehouse. Moreover, the price is very high.

As shown in FIG. 1, a normal rope has a structure in which a large number of polypropylene resin fiber strands 4 are twisted to form a yarn 3 (also referred to as a single union yarn), and a large number of yarns 3 are twisted to form a strand 2
(Also referred to as composite yarn), and the strand 1 is further twisted to form the rope 1.

The strands 4, the yarns 3, and the strands 2 are twisted in the same direction, and the outer yarns 3 are aligned in parallel with the center line of the rope 1. Therefore, the coefficient of friction with the steel material in the direction of the rope center line is extremely small in combination with the slippery nature peculiar to resin.

Even if both ends of the steel pipe are wound around the ends of the steel pipe with the rope and the steel pipe underneath is slightly moved, the steel pipe and the rope do not slide and generate a force, so that the connecting material does not break.

[Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As for the rope, as shown in the cross section in FIG. 5, three strands are used for packing steel pipes. The structure of the rope is shown in FIG. 1 in which 1 is a rope, 2 is a strand, 3 is a yarn, and the arrangement of the yarns is parallel to the center line of the rope. Four
Is a wire.

Example 1. As shown in Fig. 1, the rope is cut slightly shorter than a single winding of a steel pipe, and the circumference of the cut end is wrapped with an adhesive vinyl tape to prevent it from unraveling, and the cut end is also coated with an adhesive to harden it. Braid 5 made of plastic fiber as the connecting material
The rope is attached to the steel pipe by piercing the rope with a distance from the cut end, extending both ends of the rope, and tying the braids 5 at both ends of the rope together. Both ends of the braid 5 are also wrapped with adhesive tape so that the twist cannot be unraveled.

Example 2. As shown in Fig. 2, except for one strand 2, the strands are cut off slightly shorter than the single winding of the steel pipe, and the periphery of the cut is wrapped with adhesive tape to prevent untwisting, and the remaining one is used as a connecting material. And cut it. The part of the strand that serves as the connecting material is untwisted at the part before the rope is cut, and is joined to the other end as a simple bundle of yarns 3. If it is hard and cannot be tied, cut a part like 8 in Fig. 2.

Example 3. In the present embodiment, one strand is used as the connecting material in the second embodiment, whereas the binder is taken out from all the strands. That is, a part slightly shorter than the single winding of the steel pipe is wrapped and pressed with an adhesive tape, and a part of each strand 2 is cut off, the remaining one is cut to a length that can be connected, the twist is loosened, and the other end is bundled. Example 4. As shown in FIG. 3, the rope is cut a little shorter than the single winding of the steel pipe, and an adhesive is applied to the cut surface of each strand to suppress the untwist. Then each strand 2 15 from the end
About 20 cm apart, the braid 5 is spirally wound around each strand along the yarn 3, the strand is returned to its original state, and the periphery of the cut surface is pressed with an adhesive tape. Braid 5
Take a length as a connecting material and cut it, wrap an adhesive tape around the cut end, bundle it and tie it with the bundle of braids at the other end.

[Effects of the Invention] The cushioning material according to the present invention and the invention of the inventor of the present application filed earlier are both light and have good workability, and because the sliding on the steel pipe is good, the connecting material is not cut and storage is easy. hand,
Despite being superior to rubber bands in all respects, the price is incomparably low, and the cushioning material according to the present invention uses a commercially available rope for general use, and can be obtained at a much lower cost.
