Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent product defect such as the deformation of an casing and enhance reparir workability of a power supply plate by firmly fixing the power supply plate and fixing the power supply plate at an arbitrary angle. CONSTITUTION:A power supply plate fixing member 1 is firmly fixed by inserting claws thereof into fixing holes provided in a heat exchanger stationary plate 4 and by fixing said member to a connecting valve stationary plate 5 with screws. When freezing cycle components located in the vicinity of a power supply plate 2 are repaired, the power supply plate fixing member 1 can be easily demounted by removing the screws and can also be easily mounted. Further, when electrical components in the interior of the power supply plate 2 are repaired, repair work can be safely carried out by fixing the power supply plate 2 to a flange provided at an upper part of the power supply plate fixing member 1 at an arbitrary angle. By this method, product defect such as the deformation of a casing 3 occurring during movement and transportation can be prevented, and, moreover, repair workability of the power supply plate 2 can be enhanced.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a power supply plate fixing device for an air conditioner of an air conditioner outdoor unit.

2. Description of the Related Art An air conditioner power supply plate used in a conventional air conditioner outdoor unit has a function of being fixed to an outer box and securely fixed to the air conditioner outdoor unit.

A fixing structure of the power supply plate of the air conditioner in the conventional air conditioner outdoor unit will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 3 is a three-view drawing of a conventional air conditioner outdoor unit. The power supply plate 2 was firmly fixed to the outer box 3 with screws.

In the above structure, a product defect such as a movement of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner and a deformation of an outer box in which the power supply plate moves and is fixed due to the weight of electric components during transportation occurs.

Further, when repairing a component such as a refrigeration cycle component mounted in the vicinity of the power supply plate, the power supply plate must be removed, which causes a large time loss.

Further, when the power supply plate is repaired, the power supply plate cannot be fixed at an arbitrary angle, which causes a safety problem.

In order to solve the above problems, according to the present invention, a power supply plate of an air conditioner is fixed to a power supply plate fixture independent of an outer box to move an outdoor unit of the air conditioner. Prevent dents and deformation of the outer box due to movement of the power supply plate during transportation.

Further, the power supply plate fixture is firmly fixed to the outer box, the heat exchanger, the connection valve mounting plate by a simple method such as a claw so that it can be easily attached and detached.

Further, by attaching a flange to the power supply plate fixing tool, the power supply plate is held at an arbitrary angle.

The present invention prevents product defects, such as deformation of the outer box, which may occur during movement or transportation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, by the structure described above, and facilitates removal during repair to improve workability and repair of the power supply plate. Sometimes, the power supply plate is fixed at an arbitrary angle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 1 shows a flanged power plate fixture. FIG. 2 shows the attachment of the power supply plate fixing tool 1 shown in FIG. 1 to the outdoor unit. The power supply plate fixing tool 1 inserts the claws into the fixing holes provided in the heat exchanger fixing plate 4 to connect the connection valve. It is firmly fixed by fixing it to the fixing plate 5 with screws.
When repairing a refrigeration cycle component near the power supply plate, the power supply plate fixture 1 can be easily removed and attached by removing the screw. Furthermore, when repairing the electrical components inside the power supply plate, the power supply plate is fixed to a flange provided on the upper part of the power supply plate fixture, so that the repair work can be performed safely.

As is apparent from the above-described embodiments, the present invention prevents product defects such as deformation of the outer case caused during movement and transportation of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and facilitates removal during repair. The repair workability of the refrigeration cycle parts can be improved, and the repair workability of the power supply plate can be improved by fixing the power supply plate at an arbitrary angle when the power supply plate is repaired.

In an outdoor unit constituted by a power supply plate, a power supply plate fixture for an air conditioner, which has a function of firmly fixing the power supply plate to prevent deformation of the outer box and which can be fixed at an arbitrary angle of the power supply plate .
