Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide floor outlet type air conditioning units which are easily mounted to a system floor and enable a floor height to be lowered and an air-flow direction to be freely changed. CONSTITUTION:A system floor 1 is laid at a predetermined height on a floor slab 2 by support legs 3, and floor outlet type air conditioning units U are set at arbitrary positions of floor panels of the system floor l by utilizing a space S between the floor slab 2 and the system floor 1, whereby the space S is used as a duct to blow air in the space S from the floor face. Each of the units U mainly comprises a panel member 4, a blower, a duct part and an outlet port member 7. The panel member consists of a fiber-reinforced cement-type floor panel and has a module e.g. 500X500mm in the same size as that of the floor panel 1a of the system floor 1. The panel member can be moved to a free position on the floor 1 and replaced with the arbitrary floor panel 1a to be set at a suitable position. The outlet port member 7 has multiple air-flow direction control plates arranged in parallel. with one another to blow air through slits among them, and air is blown obliquely by the air-flow direction control plates inclined in one direction.

A disk-shaped outlet member 7 is rotatably fitted in the circular hole 4a. As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 3, the blow-out member 7 has a large number of wind direction plates 7a arranged in parallel and blows out the air from the slits 7b between them. Each wind direction plate 7a is inclined in one direction, and the wind blows obliquely from the slit 7b. The slits 7b should be designed so that pencils and high heels do not fall. A flange 7c is formed around the blow-out member 7 so that the blow-out member 7 fitted in the circular hole 4a is rotatably supported by the panel member 4.

Further, in this embodiment, the outlet member 7
However, since two pieces are arranged at appropriate intervals,
As shown in (B), when the two outlet members 7 are directed toward each other, the left and right winds buffer each other from an oblique direction and are directed vertically above the floor. It is also possible not to. Thus, by appropriately interfering the mutual winds, the wind direction and the wind force can be arbitrarily changed.

Although the two outlet members 7 are arranged in the above embodiment, the three outlet members 7 are arranged at the respective vertex positions of the equilateral triangle, or the four outlet members 7 are arranged in the regular shape. The number and arrangement method of the outlet members 7 such as the arrangement at each of the four corners of the quadrangle are not limited to those in the above embodiment.

Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, since the two outlet members 7 are arranged in the same duct portion 6, the wind force emitted from both outlet members 7 is the same, but the inside of the duct portion 6 is divided or branched. Alternatively, a wind force adjusting means such as a damper may be provided inside each outlet member 7 to change the wind force emitted from each outlet member 7.
