2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an envelope used in an electrophotographic or image forming apparatus such as a laser printer or a copying machine is shown in FIG.
Reference numerals 101 and 102 are a pair of constituent pieces that form the front surface and the back surface of the envelope body 100, and 103 is a flap portion to which an adhesive is applied for sealing.

Further, as a conventional fixing device, as shown in FIG. 10, due to its high reliability and the like, a rigid fixing roller 10 is used.
A fixing device including 4 and a pressure roller 105 formed of a rubber roller having an elastic surface has been widely used. Then, the envelope body 100 includes the rollers 104 and 105.
Is rotated and is nipped and conveyed in the direction of the arrow.

However, the envelope according to the above conventional example has a drawback that wrinkles are generated when passing through the fixing device. When two sheets of paper are fed by the fixing device, the envelope has wrinkles due to the difference in the conveyance speed of the front and back sheets.

The principle of wrinkle formation will be described with reference to FIG.
That is, the angular velocity of the fixing roller 102 is ω, and the component piece 10 is
Assuming that the thickness of 1 is t, the velocity V P1 of the component piece 101 is: V P1 = R 1 ω = [R + (1/2) t] · ω Similarly, the velocity V P2 of the component piece 102 is V P2 = R 2 · ω = [R + (3/2) t] · ω.

Therefore, the rear surface side component piece 102 and the front surface side component piece 101 relatively move in the surface direction, and t / [R + (2/2) t] × 100 (%) ≈ (t / R)
It is sent by x100 (%) faster, and the difference in the feed amount is accumulated at the rear end of the envelope 100, and the component piece 102 becomes wrinkled.

When m and R = 10 mm, the difference between the front and back feed amount is 2 m
It will reach m. This can also be confirmed by sandwiching two sheets of plain paper between the fixing rollers instead of the envelope and conveying them, and examining the difference in the feeding amount.

However, in the present invention, since the front surface P 1 and the back surface P 2 are fixed by the deviation prevention tape 1 so as not to be displaced in the surface direction, the actual conveyance amounts are the same. Therefore, wrinkles do not occur on the envelope body A. Further, there is no deviation or stain on the image formed on the envelope body A. In particular, the effect was remarkable in the envelope that absorbed moisture.

In this embodiment, the flap P 3 of the envelope body A is
A seal portion 3 which is wet with a sticky adhesive for finally sealing the envelope is provided on the portion, and a slippery mold release for covering the flap-side surface 2b of the deviation prevention tape 2 with the seal 3 and the surface, whereas the opposite surface 2a is a releasable adhesive surfaces for displacement prevention, so as to fix the inner envelope backside P 2 and envelopes surface P 1 in 2a surface, in this single anti-displacement tape The feature is that they do not serve two functions.

The effect of this embodiment is that the back surface P 2 and the front surface P 1 are fixed when the flap P 3 is bent as shown in FIG. No wrinkles, image shifts, and stains are prevented, and the same effect as in the first embodiment is obtained. Furthermore, after the printing is completed, if the contents are put in an envelope and the deviation prevention tape 2 is peeled off, the adhesive sticker 3 on the flap portion can easily perform the one-touch sealing.

In the envelope of Example 1, the flap may be adhered to the back surface by the adhesive of the flap portion when passing through the fixing device in a high humidity environment, and the envelope after printing may not be opened. In the example envelope, such a problem never occurs due to the effect of the deviation prevention tape 2. As described above, the envelope of this embodiment is easier to use than the envelope of Embodiment 1. (Fourth Embodiment) Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. (A) is a back view of the envelope, (B) is a development view (inner surface side), and (C) is a cross-sectional view of the deviation prevention member in the present embodiment.

In this embodiment, an ultra-thin magic tape (registered trademark) is used as a deviation prevention member on the inside and outside of the envelope.
The feature is that 4 and 5 are provided. These Velcro tapes 4 and 5 have a length of about 5 as shown in the enlarged sectional view of FIG.
Nylon fiber protrusions of 0 mm, width of about 10 mm, thickness of about 0.1 mm, and height of about 0.5 mm are formed on the surface to form minute irregularities. The thickness is about 1 mm each, but when they come into close contact, It is about 1.5 mm in total for two sheets and repels with a large frictional force against the displacement force.

Also in the third embodiment, due to the effect of the magic tape, there is no difference in the feed amount between the front surface P 1 and the back surface P 2, and a good print can be obtained. From this, it was found that the deviation preventing member is not limited to the adhesive tapes of Examples 1 and 2, and good results can be obtained as long as the front surface and the back surface of the envelope are fixed against the deviation. (Fifth Embodiment) Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. (A) is a back view of the envelope, and (B) is a developed view (inner surface side). In this embodiment, a normal paper-bonding adhesive (the adhesive itself cannot be peeled off) is used as the minute portion 6 on the inner surface of the envelope.
It is characterized in that the front surface P 1 and the back surface P 2 are fixed in a piecewise manner (about 3 mm square), and printing is performed in this state. After printing, remove the adhesive and put the contents in an envelope to seal it.

In this embodiment, P 1 and P 2 are used for printing.
Is fixed and there is no difference in feed amount, so wrinkles, image shifts,
The occurrence of unevenness is prevented. Further, even when the adhesive of 6 was peeled off, since the adhesive was applied only to a minute portion, the envelope was hardly damaged and good results could be obtained.
