The gap ratio is 15% or less or the gap width is 0.8 m.
When it is less than or equal to m, when the applied pressure-sensitive adhesive layer shrinks, it becomes difficult for air holes to appear along the openings of the lattice-shaped substrate. As a result, the openings of the lattice-shaped base material become clogged, and it becomes impossible to stably generate the desired vent hole diameter.

The adhesive used in the present invention should be an adhesive diluted with a solvent or water. By reducing the solid content concentration to a certain extent with a solvent or water, it will have a viscosity and fluidity that can be applied with the above-mentioned coating machine, and an adhesive composition obtained by diluting the adhesive composition with a solvent or water. After applying to the surface of the grid substrate,
The adhesive causes a shrinkage action by drying, and the adhesive layer is formed only on the part along each string or band of the lattice without the adhesive forming a continuous film on the surface of the base material. Thus, the diameter of the pores formed by the lattice-like body is expressed as air-permeable pores. Examples of the pressure-sensitive adhesive include solvent-type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives, rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, and aqueous emulsion-based pressure-sensitive adhesives. The solid content concentration of such an adhesive is preferably 60% or less so that the above object can be achieved more reliably. The thickness of the adhesive layer formed by coating is 10 to 80.

As described above in detail, according to the method for producing an air-permeable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, it can be produced by using an ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesive coating machine, especially after the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating, high-speed spraying, etc. Efficient and stable because the adhesive does not form a continuous film on the surface of the grid-like substrate without the post-treatment and forms the adhesive layer only on the part along the strip of the grid. It is possible to produce a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with good air permeability.
