The conventional conductor connecting structure having such a structure has the following drawbacks. 1) As is clear from FIG. 1, since the position where the wedge 2 is attached is inside the cable connecting portion, the wedge tightening metal fitting 3 is tightened using a trumpet-shaped special tool, and the tightening condition is controlled by tightening torque. ing. In this case
If the bull core wire 1 is bent and inserted, the wedge 2
The bull's core wire 1 comes into contact and requires a larger torque than when it is normally inserted. For this reason, the operator feels that the wedge 2 is completely tightened and ends the work, which may cause heat generation trouble at the connection portion. 2) Also, as is apparent from FIG. 1, the work cannot be performed unless the inner diameter of the wedge tightening metal fitting 3 is larger than the outer diameter of the cable insulator 7, and the wedge tightening metal fitting 3 is for mounting a special tool. Since it requires a flange 3c with a slit 3d,
As a result, the size of the connecting portion must be increased in the outer diameter direction, resulting in an increase in the size of the entire connecting portion.

[Assembling Method] Next, the order of assembling the conductor connecting portion will be described.
First, the coating of the cable to be connected is stripped off to expose the cable core wire 20 and the cable insulator 21 (see FIG. 5).
Stress cone 15, thrust piece 14, tension cone
The cable 11 is inserted into the cable core 20 in this order, and finally the contact ring 12 is inserted onto the tension cone 11 with a special tool at a pressure of about 5 to 6 tons. As described above, the pulling cone 11 has several slits in the vertical direction (one slit penetrates in the vertical direction). Cable core 20 and tension cone 11 by force, and contact ring 1
2 and mechanically and electrically connected to each other firmly. When such a conductor connecting portion is inserted into the hole of the connected metal fitting 18 as shown in FIG. 4, the contact 12a of the contact ring 12 is connected to the connected metal fitting 1.
The inner surface of 8 is contacted and electrically connected.

In the conductor connecting portion, when the cable itself has three twists (triplex) such that the size of the cable core wire 20 is 600 mm 2 or less, the cable core wire 20 is The amount of expansion and contraction due to heat is absorbed by the twisting effect of the cable and does not affect the connection part. However, in the case of a single-core cable of 800 mm 2 or more, the amount of expansion and contraction of the cable core wire due to heat has an effect on the amount of movement of the conductor at the cable end portion and the straight line connection portion. When such a phenomenon occurs at the connection part,
There is a concern that the contact ring 12 may come off the connected fitting 18. This measure will be described with reference to FIG.

18a is provided, and the stopper ring 16 is housed in the groove 18a. The stopper ring 16 is formed by cutting a part of its circumference, and when the stopper 13 described later is inserted, the diameter of the stopper ring 16 is slightly increased. (The inner diameter of the stopper ring 16 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the stopper 13).

The above-described components are sequentially assembled on the cable core wire 20 stripped off as shown in FIG. That is, the stress cone 15, the thrust piece 14, the tension cone 11,
The contact ring 12 is the same as the above-mentioned assembling method. After the stopper 13 is screwed into the tip of the pulling cone 11, the conductor connecting portion is inserted into the connected metal fitting 18, and the stopper 13 is inserted into the groove portion 13b of the stopper 13. -The ring 16 is inserted, the stopper 13 and the metal fitting 18 are mechanically fixed, and the contact ring 12 does not come off the metal fitting 18 even if the cable core wire 20 expands and contracts. . When the stopper mechanism is released, when the conductor connecting portion is further pushed, the stopper ring 16 rides on the slide ring 19. If the conductor connecting portion is pulled out in this state, the stopper ring 16 does not fall into the groove 13b, so that the conductor connecting portion can be pulled out.

When the conductor connecting portion according to the present invention is applied to the connection between electric power cables and the connecting portion between the electric power cable and the electric equipment, the shape and size of the connecting portion should be balanced. Is required. That is, a mutual balance between the outer diameter and the length is required. From this point of view, in order to further reduce the size of the conductor connecting portion, the movement amount of the contact ring and the contact pressure to the cable conductor (tensile cone) are changed while changing the taper angle of the outer peripheral surface of the tension cone. As a result of investigating the relationship of the contact pressure on the cable conductor due to the reduction of the inner diameter, the amount of movement of the contact ring becomes 5 to 15 mm when the taper angle of the outer surface of the tension cone is 2 to 3 mm. It was found that the best balance was achieved with the longitudinal direction, and the size was the smallest. However, the cable conductor is JISC3606
It is a range of copper stranded wire specified in high voltage cross-linked polyethylene insulation power cable.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION Since the wedge is not tightened at the connecting portion by rotating the wedge tightening metal fitting as in the conventional case, the wedge tightening error is eliminated. The electrical connection with the mating conductor is made by the elastic contact of the contact 12a, and the stopper mechanism has a releasable structure, which facilitates the disassembly and reconnection of the connection portion. Since no other metal fittings for tightening the wedge are used, it is possible to make the outer diameter smaller by this amount. Also, by limiting the taper angle and the insertion amount, work with a simple tool is possible.
