Since the conventional blindfold member has the above-mentioned structure, it has a problem in assembling. That is, most of the fins a generally have a bent cross-sectional shape, and therefore, the shape of the insertion hole b of the vertical bar c is also bent. Therefore, at the time of assembly, the end of the fin a having a bent cross section is inserted into the bent insertion hole b, and it is difficult to insert both ends of the fin a into the insertion holes b of the vertical bars c. It was troublesome to insert both ends of the fin a into the insertion hole b. In particular, after a plurality of fins a have already been attached to the vertical bar c, the remaining fins a are attached to the vertical bar c.
If an attempt is made to attach the fins in between, it is necessary to once open the space between the vertical bars c close to the length of the fins a, so the fins a already attached at this time may come off from the insertion holes b. Further, even after all the fins a have been mounted between the vertical bars c, both ends of the fins a are only held in the insertion holes b, and both vertical bars c are connected and fixed to the upper and lower horizontal bars d. The fin a cannot be said to be fixed until it is fixed.
Even if it is attached to the vertical crosspiece c, the fin a comes off from the vertical crosspiece c when it is connected to the upper and lower horizontal crosspieces d (in the worst case, the fins a are separated as they were originally). Sometimes it had to be reassembled. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to easily attach fins to a vertical bar to improve the assembling property, and to improve the vertical bar. Another object of the present invention is to provide a blind member capable of firmly fixing the fins, and another object of the present invention is to provide a blind member capable of making the appearance of a portion connecting the vertical rail and the fin beautiful.

As shown in FIG. 5, the blindfolding member A includes upper and lower horizontal rails 9, vertical rails 1 and fins 2. Fin 2
It is a semi-transparent molded product such as polycarbonate resin or accelerator resin. As shown in FIG. 3, a rising piece 11 and a hanging piece 12 are provided before and after the inclined piece 10 and has a bent cross-sectional shape. Square-shaped through holes 3 are formed at both ends of the piece 10. 1 out of 4 sides of this through hole 3
A projecting piece 4 projecting inward is provided on the side. In order to make the fin 2 translucent, there is a method of making a small unevenness on the surface in addition to the method of putting a pigment in the molding material, but this unevenness is made only on one side of the fin 2 and the unevenness is made the lower side. Therefore, it is preferable to reduce the contamination of the fins 2 as much as possible. The vertical rail 1 has a substantially rectangular tube shape, but is formed of a plurality of vertical rail materials 1a and 1b vertically divided into left and right parts.
In the case of this embodiment, it is formed of two vertical rail materials 1a and 1b. The vertical bar material 1a is an aluminum extruded product,
As shown in the figure, it has a U-shaped cross section. Vertical bar material
A tapping hole 13 having a C-shaped cross section and a fitting recess 28 are provided on both side edges of 1a. The vertical blank 1b is also an aluminum extrusion molded product, and is formed in a U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. Fitting projections 29 are provided on both side edges of the vertical rail material 1b.
Is provided. The vertical rail material 1b is provided with slits 5 at the upper and lower sides at regular intervals, into which the projections 4 are fitted. The slit 5 is inclined, and its inclination is equal to the inclination of the inclined piece 10 of the fin 2. The pair of vertical rail materials 1a and 1b are adapted to be able to assemble the vertical rails 1 by fitting the fitting projection pieces 29 into the fitting recesses 28, and the pair of vertical rail materials in the fitted state. 1a and 1b can slide in the longitudinal direction with respect to each other. The cross-sectional shape and the vertical and horizontal widths of the vertical rail 1 are equal to the shape and the vertical and horizontal widths of the through holes 3 of the fins 2 as viewed from above. Then, when assembling the fin 2 and the vertical rail 1,
The procedure is as follows. First, the vertical rail material 1b is loosely inserted into the through holes 3 of the plurality of fins 2, and the protrusions 4 of the through holes 3 of each fin 2 are fitted into the slits 5 of the vertical rail material 1b one by one. After that, the fitting recess 28 of a part of the vertical rail material 1a and the fitting projection piece 29 of the vertical rail material 1b are engaged, and the vertical rail material 1a is slid and inserted into the through hole 3 of each fin 2. Then, there is no play between the through hole 3 and the vertical bar 1, and the fins 2 are held by fitting the projections 4 into the slits 5, so that the fins 2 are no longer pulled out of the vertical bar 1. It will not come off. That is,
The fins 2 are fixed by the vertical rails 1, so that there is no risk that the fins 2 will accidentally come off the vertical rails 1. If the protrusion 4 of the through hole 3 of the fin 2 is not to be disengaged from the slit 5 during assembly, the following can be done. The vertical crosspiece material is the through hole 2 of one fin 2.
1b, and the protruding piece 4 of the through hole 3 is fitted into the slit 5 so as to be inserted into the through hole 3 of the tip end of the vertical bar material 1a, and then the through hole 3 of another fin 2 is inserted into the vertical bar material 1b. The projection piece 4 of the through hole 3 is fitted into the slit 5 and the vertical crosspiece material 1a is slightly slid to be inserted into the through hole 3 of the fin 2 by repeating the procedure. It is possible to avoid the inconvenience that other unfixed fins 2 are disengaged while the vertical rail material 1a is being inserted. In addition, as described above, the protruding piece 4 is fitted into the slit 5 on the side of the vertical rail material 1b, and the fin 2 is formed.
By connecting the vertical bar 1 and the vertical bar 1,
The fact that the and are connected cannot be distinguished from the front side and the appearance can be improved. That is, when the vertical bar material 1b is provided with a concave groove over the entire width without providing the projecting piece 4 and one side of the through hole 3 is fitted, the state in which the through hole 3 and the concave groove are fitted is the front surface. It is clearly visible from the side and the appearance is poor. In addition, chamfers 30 are provided on the outer surfaces of both side edges of the vertical bar materials 1a and 1b.
A V-shaped recess 31 is provided on the side surface of the. If the chamfer 30 and the concave line 31 are provided in this manner, the outer circumferential surface of the vertical crosspiece 1 has a vertical streak appearance, and the joint J is inconspicuous. Further, when the projecting piece 4 is fitted into the slit 5, streaks are formed in the recesses 31 at the positions of both ends of the slit 5 so that the fitting portion between the projecting piece 4 and the slit can be made inconspicuous. The upper and lower horizontal rails 9 have a rectangular tubular shape, and a horizontal piece 9a constituting the bottom surface.
And a cross rail main body 9b having a U-shaped cross section with a bottom opening over the entire length. Locking portions 17 are provided on both side edges of the horizontal piece 9a, and locked portions 18 are formed over the entire length on both sides of the opening on the bottom surface of the horizontal rail body 9b. The horizontal rail 9 can be assembled by slidably locking the locking portion 18.
