し、少なくとも器具使用時において、油槽(2)内に投入
状態に置かれる鞘管(11)を設け、該鞘管(11)の投入位置
を油槽(2)の側壁近傍に設定し、該鞘管(11)に前記リー
ドスイッチ(41)と感熱部(32)とを収容し、前記油はね防
止枠(3)の閉塞状態において前記鞘管(11)内のリードス
イッチ(41)と接近する位置に永久磁石(1)を配設したフ
