Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a multilayered film in which only a contaminated or damaged surface layer is easily peeled and a new surface layer of the same material can be exposed by producing a laminate of six adhesive resin layers having special adhesive strengths on a base material resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A protective layer film is to be adhered to a surface of a synthetic resin material to be used for a surface material of a floor material, a wall material, a furniture, etc., or interior and exterior materials, etc., of a vehicle. Base material resin layers A, D, an adhesive resin layer B having an adhesive strength with the layer A of 20-350g/25mm width, and adhesive resin layers E, D having adhesive strengths with the layers D of 10-340g/25mm width, and an adhesive resin layer F having adhesive strength with the layers D, B of 500g/25mm width or more are prepared for the film. The layers A-F are sequentially so laminated twice or more from outside in an order of D-F- E-D-C-B-A thereby forming a multilayer film. Further, it is so regulated that the adhesive strength between the layers A and B is stronger by 10g/25mm width or more than that between the layers D and E.

2. Description of the Related Art Various synthetic resin materials have been used in place of conventional natural materials as floor materials, wall materials, surface materials such as furniture, and interior / exterior materials of vehicles. Synthetic resins are generally moisture resistant,
Since it has excellent stain resistance and abrasion resistance, it is not easily scratched and dirt can be removed relatively easily with a synthetic detergent, etc., so it is widely used for industrial and general household use. I came. However, during many years of use, the surface layer deteriorates, many scratches are made on the surface, and accumulated dirt cannot be completely removed with synthetic detergent alone, leaving discoloration and yellowing. . Further, when cleaning is performed with an organic solvent, the surface of the synthetic resin may be attacked by the organic solvent. Also, it was used in a narrow place or a high place, and even if it got dirty, it could not be washed normally. In order to solve these problems, a protective layer film is applied on the outer layer material and used, and if the surface is dirty or damaged, the protective layer film can be peeled off so that the main body does not get dirty or scratched. Could be used like. However, the protective layer film does not adhere sufficiently to the main body and peels off during use, or the surface of the main body is damaged when peeled off if it is evenly applied with an adhesive / adhesive. Remained on the surface of the main body, and the original purpose could not be achieved sufficiently. A method of forming a peelable coating film on the surface of the main body by coating was also considered, but the life of the coating film is short, it adheres to unnecessary parts during coating, and it is not always safe because it uses an organic solvent. There was a problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the conventional protective film or coating as the surface layer of the outer layer material, the present invention peels off the surface layer to obtain a new surface layer for resin adhesion. As a result of researching the adhesiveness and peeling property, it is possible to obtain a post-peelable outer layer material having appropriate adhesive strength and peeling strength by using a hot-melt adhesive layer to form a multilayer film which is previously laminated with a surface layer base film. It has come.

The adhesive strength between the D layer and the E layer is 10 g / 25 m
If the width is less than m, peeling easily occurs and peels off before the function as the surface layer is sufficiently fulfilled, which is a problem. Also, the adhesive strength between the A layer and the B layer is 350 g / 25
If it is stronger than the width of mm, it is difficult to make a peeling start point at the time of peeling, the peeling layer is broken, and the A layer, which is the surface to be adhered, has an appearance defect such as skin unevenness, uneven gloss, and whitening. Will end up. In addition, it is practically preferable to have an adhesive strength of 20 to 120 g / 25 mm width if the usage period up to peeling removal is within 6 months, and an adhesive strength of 150 to 350 g / 25 mm width if it is one year or more. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the strength, and it is not strictly limited.

When the multilayer film of the present invention is used as the outer layer material, the surface layer is peeled off after a certain period of use, whereby the contaminated or damaged surface layer can be removed and a new surface layer of the same material can be obtained. It can be used for a long time with various surface conditions. Further, it does not spontaneously peel off during use regardless of the user's intention.
