このような酸化スケ−ルは、その組成割合とスケ−ル厚
さによってブラスト処理によるスケ−ル除去がされやす
いものとされにくいものがある。一方鋼材の加工メ−カ
−では、これらの酸化スケ−ルの除去はブラスト条件を
同一にして処理しているのが実状である。

できる装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

機1の上部位置には研掃キャビネット2からバケットコ
ンベヤ5を介して連通されるショット供給機6が配置さ
れており該ショット供給機6の下部位置にはシリンダ7
により開度が制御される流量調節器8が取付けられてい
る。さらに前記研掃キャビネット2の天井部にはモ−タ
9によりホイ−ルを回転される遠心投射機10が配設さ
れており、該遠心投射機10は前記ショット供給機6の
流量調節器8に導管11を介して連通されている。

うにされてブラスト処理がなされスケ−ルの除去が行な

であってもよい。
