【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 上下方向に設けた円筒管内に電動機で回
転される長手の螺旋板を設け、該円筒管の下方の側部に
研磨材と共にメダル類を導入する導入口を設けると共に
該円筒管の上方の側部に該研磨材と共にメダル類を排出
する排出口を設け、該排出口に該研磨材とメダル類を分
離する分離手段を介して研磨材回収通路とメダル回収通
路とを接続した研磨装置に於いて、該円筒管の下方に、
略水平方向の回転中心軸を持ち周面に研磨材透過孔を形
成した研磨材分離ドラムを電動機により回転自在に設
け、該研磨材分離ドラムの内部の周面にその一端側から
他端側へと延びる1条若しくは複数条の螺旋突条を設
け、該研磨材分離ドラムの一端側にシャッター及び移送
路を介して該円筒管の下方の端部から研磨材とメダル類
を該研磨材分離ドラム内へ導入する入口を形成すると共
に該他端側に研磨されたメダル類を該研磨材分離ドラム
内から送り出す出口を設けたことを特徴とするメダル類
の研磨装置。
