The cleaning cassette main body 11 for accommodating the transparent substrate 4 and the curved holding means 12 for curving the plurality of transparent substrates 4 in the cleaning cassette main body 11 and holding the transparent substrate 4 at regular intervals, the bending holding means 12 includes: A pair of left and right side fitting grooves 21 for fitting and holding the left and right side edges of the transparent substrate 4
And a central part fitting groove 22 for fitting and holding at least one of the central part of the lower end side and the central part of the upper end side of the transparent substrate 4, and the central part fitting groove 22 is fitted to the corresponding left and right side parts. The transparent substrate 4 is arranged in phase with respect to the midpoint of a line segment whose end point is the coupling groove 21, and the distance Lx between the left and right tips of the two side fitting grooves 21 is the width of the transparent substrate 4. The width is smaller than Wx, and the plurality of the side fitting grooves 21 and the central fitting groove 22 are arranged at a predetermined interval.

At this time, since the separation distance Lx between the left and right ends of the both-side fitting groove 21 is set to be smaller than the left-right width Wx of the transparent substrate 4, both left and right end sides of the transparent substrate 4 are compressed and naturally curved. .

At this time, the central fitting groove 22 is replaced by the corresponding left and right fitting grooves 2 on both sides.
Since the transparent substrate 4 is arranged in phase with respect to the midpoint of the line segment having 1 as an end point, the transparent substrate 4 can be maintained in a curved shape. Then, the transparent substrate 4 tries to elastically restore to a flat shape, and the fixing by the fitting grooves 21 and 22 becomes strong.

Not only the time and effort for adjusting the bending direction each time can be saved, but also the disturbance of the transparent substrate 4 in the bending direction can be prevented. Therefore, the gap between the adjacent transparent substrates 4 can be kept constant, and the cleaning efficiency can be maintained at a constant level.

At this time, the separation distance Lx (= 255 mm) between the tips of the both side fitting grooves 21 is set to the lateral width W of the transparent substrate 4.
Since it is smaller than x (= 290 mm), the transparent substrate 4 having a lateral dimension (horizontal width) Wx = 290 mm is bent by being compressed to 255 mm. At this time, since the both side fitting grooves 21 are inclined obliquely, the bending direction of the transparent substrate 4 is determined to be one direction.

Therefore, the left and right edges of the transparent substrate are compressed and naturally curved. Then, the central fitting groove for fitting and holding at least one of the central portion of the lower end side or the central portion of the upper end side of the transparent substrate is arranged in phase from the midpoint of the line segment connecting the left and right side fitting grooves. Therefore, the transparent substrate can be held in a curved shape.

The bending direction of the transparent substrate is determined by itself, and not only the time and effort for adjusting the bending direction each time when inserting but also the disturbance of the bending direction of the transparent substrate can be prevented. Therefore, there is an excellent effect that the gap between the adjacent transparent substrates can be kept constant and the cleaning efficiency can be maintained at a constant level.
