(考案が解決しようとする問題点) 従来の手作業で巻取りする方法では、数m程の巻取パイ

(問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案はかかる問題点を解決して、少人数で長尺シート
材の巻取作業が行え、巻き取るシートが装置本体・ロー
ラに接触することがなく円滑にシートを巻き取ることが
でき、しかも装置の運搬も容易で且つ安価に出来るとい
う実用的な長尺シート材巻取装置を提供せんとするもの
である。この考案の要旨は、一対の短かい巾のパイプ送
りローラの上位にパイプ送りローラの上方空間を開放で
きる位置まで回動する押えローラを配置し、上記パイプ
送りローラの一方又は両方を回転駆動するとともに、押
えローラの押え点の高さを自在に調整できる調整レバー
機構を設け、更に一対のパイプ送りローラと押えローラ
との間に長尺シート材の巻取芯となるパイプの一端を挿
入し且つ同パイプの他端を装置本体から遠く離れた位置
に配置したパイプ支持部材で支承したことを特徴とする
長尺シート材の巻取装置にある。ここでパイプ送りロー
ラ及び押えローラはパイプを所要の摩擦をもって回動で
きるものであればよく、タイヤ、ローレット付きのもの

せる。パイプ送りローラが回転させられれば、パイプは
その摩擦によって回転し、シート材を自動的に巻取る。
シート材の側端には、2名程の作業員がいてシートの歪
みをとって正しく巻き取られるようにシートを動かして

(3)の共通の回転軸(7)を回転させる。他方の回転軸(8)
は別のチェーン(9)によって連動され、2個のパイプ送
りローラ(3)は同じ方向に回転させられている。一方、
押えローラ(4)は回転自由となっている。パイプ支持部
材(12)は先端がY字状に枝分かれしてパイプを回転自在
に支持できるパイプ受部(13)を有し、又その下端は畑に
突き刺して固定できるように先細状として上方に段部を

置で効率的に行えるという効果がある。又巻取りのパイ
プの径も多少の大小があっても使用できるものとしてい
る。更に、巻取芯となるパイプは装置本体から大部分離
れた位置にあるので、シートが装置本体・ローラと接触
することがないのでシートを円滑に巻き取ることができ
