[Problems to be solved by the invention] By the way, in the conventional non-woven filter as described above, since the air permeability is low and the pressure loss is large, and since the filter is used for a long time in a hot and humid environment, the water content of the base material is high. There is a problem that the adhesive strength between the non-woven fabric and the non-woven fabric is deteriorated, the joint surfaces of the non-woven fabric are separated from each other, and the function as a filter cannot be achieved and the life is short.

本考案はかかる事情に鑑みなされたものであって、その

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and its object is to have excellent breathability, small pressure loss,
Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a non-woven fabric filter capable of achieving a significant extension of life without impairing the filter effect.

FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of a non-woven fabric filter according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as the present invention product), and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. The nonwoven fabric layer which comprises a nonwoven fabric filter is shown. The non-woven fabric layers 1 and 2 are substantially the same in structure, and the non-woven fabric substrates 1a and 2a are each provided with a non-woven fabric material 1b and 2b using staple fibers of 3 to 5d (denier) of 200 g / m 2 ~ 300g / m 2 It is piled up at a rate and needling is performed using a needle punch machine. As a needle punching machine, using a napped type needle handle punching machine in which fork needles (20th to 30th) are planted at a pitch of 3 to 3.5 mm, straight ridged hair loops are alternately arranged at intervals of 1 mm and 3 mm. Nonwoven fabric layers 1 and 2 that are regularly arranged are formed. The loop length is about 5 mm to 8 mm. The arrangement interval of the ridged hair loop regions may be set as necessary, and the formation mode thereof is not limited to a straight line, and may be formed in a lattice shape or in a scattered manner.

A plurality of layers (2 to 3 layers) of such non-woven fabric layers 1 and 2 are superposed on each other with the surfaces on which the raised hair loops are formed on the same side, and then needling are scattered at regular intervals. The fibers of the base materials 1a and 2a and the non-woven fabric materials 1b and 2b are entwined and integrated between the non-woven fabric layers 1 and 2 that are overlapped in the ring region 3.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of the present invention, in which the non-woven fabric layers 1 and 2 are piled up so that the surfaces on which the napped areas are provided face each other, and similarly, a number of points are scattered. Needling is applied to the two and they are integrated with each other.

In addition, although the above-mentioned embodiment explained the composition which made the nonwoven fabric layer into two layers, it is needless to say that it is not limited to this and may be three layers or more.

Further, as each of the non-woven fabric layers 1 and 2, the case where the napped region is formed on only one surface thereof has been described, but a napped region formed on both surfaces may be used.

As described above, in the present invention, since the non-woven fabric layers in which the napped areas are formed are overlapped with each other and needling is performed, an appropriate gap is provided between the non-woven fabric layers due to the napped areas. The present invention is excellent in that it is formed, has high air permeability, requires only a small pressure loss, does not impair the function as a filter, and can maintain the function for a long time even in a bad environment.
