照)を退入させて、縫製完了後のコンテナバッグを取り
出す。また、各仮クランプ体40(図8参照)におい
て、起倒台42を回転基板20の外周部に伏せた状態に
戻す動作を行わせ、次の縫製作業に待機させる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 円筒状をしたバッグ胴体の一端部に円形
底部材を縫い付けるコンテナバッグの縫製装置であっ
て、基枠と、この基枠に水平回転可能に保持されてバッ
グ胴体の内径に略等しい直径を有し且つ外周部に所定間
隔をおいて複数の切欠部が形成された回転基板と、この
回転基板の外周部上面の切欠部相互間各々に少なくとも
1個設けられ縫製時には回転基板の中心方向へ向けて退
避動可能になされた前記円形底部材及びバッグ胴体の端
縁部重合保持用の仮クランプ体と、上記回転基板の各切
欠部内に設けられ回転基板の径方向に沿って切欠部の外
側へ進退可能になされた円形底部材及びバッグ胴体の突
張り保持体と、上記基枠から回転基板の外周部へ臨む位
置までを進退可能に設けられたミシンとを有しているコ
ンテナバッグの縫製装置。
