板4が取付けられている。ケース本体1にはカバー5が
ねじ(図示省略)等により取付けられ、電池ケース3部
を覆って電池カバー(図示省略)がケース本体1とカバ
ー5に対し側方より溝と突条(共に図示省略)のスライ
ド嵌合により離脱可能に嵌合される。この従来の無線機
のプリント基板4には一対の端子6,7の一側が半田付
により接続され、各端子6,7の他側が電池ケース3の
側板8に係合されている。これら端子6,7を接続する
接続具9は電池カバーと同様の形状に形成されてたカバ
ー状部材10の端部に金属製の接触片11の基部がリベ
ット12により取付けられ、接触片11の前側部は二股
状に形成され、それらの先端部に曲げ加工により接触部
13が突出されている。このカバー状部材10が電池カ
バーに替えて電池カバーと同様にケース本体1とカバー
5に溝と突条(共に図示省略)のスライド嵌合により取
付けられ、接触片11の接触部13が端子6,7に弾撥
的に接触するようになっている。従って接触片11をカ
バー5の内側に挿入する隙間を必要とし、上記のように
接触片11はその接触部13にばね性を付与するために
折曲げているので、隙間が大きくなり、小形化の妨げと
なる。また接触片11の接触部13と端子6,7の確実
な接触状態を保持するにはカバー状部材10及び接触片
11の製作及び組立に高い精度が要求される等の欠点が
あった。

に嵌合される。この電池カバー24の離脱により電池ケ
ース25内の電池29を交換することができる。電池ケ
ース25の端板30にはカバー23の内側に位置して一
対の端子31,32の一側が係合され、各端子31,3
2の他側はプリント基板26に半田付により接続されて
いる。各端子31,32における端板30との係合部側
の両外側に対向して接触部33,34が直角方向に突設
されている。

触させるようにしている。従って従来のようにケースと
のスライド嵌合部を必要としないので、高い加工精度を
必要とすることなく端子との確実な接続状態を保持する
ことができる。また電池収納部の寸法をこの端子接続具
に制約されることなく決定することができるので、無線
機等の電子機器の小形化を図ることができる等の利点が
ある。
