Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a bullet support member which obtains a light-weight electric toy gun in which a motor can be reduced in size without necessity of a bullet supply unit of a separate component, adapted for the gun and in which, a muzzle is directed down, a bullet is not dropped and further not clogged on the way. CONSTITUTION:A cam cylinder 40 is rotated by rotating a motor 20. On the other hand, a piston member 50 moves longitudinally in a cylinder 60 while being engaged with a spiral wall 42 in the cylinder 40. When oblique cams 43, 64 are engaged with one another, a bullet (b) is lifted by a spring 10 at a stroke corresponding to a length of the bullet. Then, at a moment in which the member 50 is retracted at the longest so that the cylinder 60 is mostly moved forward to arrange the bullet on the support member, the piston member is advanced to shoot the bullet by compressed air in the cylinder.

However, the one using a spring or air pressure is difficult to fire continuously, and it often takes time to fire each shot. In addition, since gas is consumed immediately by gas, a large gas tank must be used in advance, which increases the weight and is inconvenient to carry. Since gas is disposable, it has the drawback of being expensive. Further, when LPG is used as the gas, it is easily ignited and dangerous, and when CFC is used, the discharged CFC gas destroys the ozone layer and causes a serious pollution problem. Further, when the gas is continuously used, it has a defect that it cannot be injected immediately because it is cooled by its heat of vaporization.

Further, in the conventional electric toy gun, since the projecting structure of the bullets is such that the rack and the pinion are used to shoot the balls, it is necessary to increase the motor, which increases the volume and the weight. There were drawbacks, such as increasing the number of parts and the need for separate supply parts. In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a new toy gun capable of continuously firing bullets of a toy gun by interlocking a cylinder member and a cam member by electric means. Also, it can be used for the toy gun, and even if the diameter of the plastic bullet varies, it will not be blocked in the middle, or the bullet will not drop when the muzzle is directed downward, and it will support the bullet securely and fire. It is an object to provide a bullet support member that can be provided.

In the electric toy gun according to the present invention, when the trigger is pulled against the spring, the switch of the electric motor is turned on and the motor operates. The rotation of the motor is decelerated via the gear group and transmitted to the driving force receiving portion of the cam barrel through the through hole of the output shaft of the first holder to rotate the cam barrel. At this time, the piston member moves back and forth in the cylinder cylinder while engaging with the spiral wall in the cam cylinder. When the tilt cam of the cylinder barrel and the tilt cam of the cam barrel mesh with each other and the cylinder barrel is most retracted, the bullet is pushed up by the spring and moves up by one shot, and then the piston member is most retracted and the cylinder barrel is most advanced. When the bullet is set, it is fired by the air inside the piston. Continuous firing can be performed by repeating this operation.

Reference numeral 60 denotes a cylinder tube which functions as a cylinder of the piston member 50, one end of which is open and whose edge 61 is formed.
A slit 62 is formed in the axial direction. Further, an air outlet 63 is formed on the side opposite to the opening, and the structure is such that a bullet is fired by compressing the air in the cylinder 60 by the air pressing surface 53 of the piston member 50. Further, the inclined cam 4 is provided on the outer peripheral surface thereof.

Reference numeral 80 denotes a circular elastic supporting member made of thin rubber, which is disposed immediately in front of the air outlet 63 of the cylinder cylinder 60, and has a substantially triangular (FIG. 3), quadrangular (FIG. 4), hexagonal (inside) inner surface. The bullet receiving piece 81 of FIG. 5) is formed. The bullet receiving piece 81 temporarily receives a bullet and is fired by the air compressed by the air pressing surface 53 of the piston member 50 against the elasticity of the bullet receiving piece 81. Conventionally, this type of bullet supporting member is a cylindrical rubber tube, and the bullet is usually made of plastic. However, this plastic bullet is not manufactured exactly,
The shape, especially the diameter, varied. Therefore, in the conventional cylindrical rubber tube, there is a drawback that a small diameter bullet is too loose and the bullet falls off only by directing the muzzle downward, and if the diameter of the bullet is too large, it is immediately clogged. Furthermore, this type of bullet is sometimes used after being shot, and in this case, the bullet was particularly clogged with dust.

In that respect, since the supporting member 80 of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, its bullet receiving piece 81 firmly receives the bullet and stops, so that it does not drop even when the muzzle is directed downward, and conversely it is thin. Since it is received by the rubber piece, there is an advantage that it can be sufficiently fired with a small air pressure generated in the cylinder cylinder 60 and it is not clogged. 90 is a trigger, 91 is a battery, and 92 is a detent.

Further, the magazine section C is located substantially in the center of the engine section A,
It is attached to the rear part of the trigger 90, and several tens of bullets b are set vertically in it. Then, when one vertical row of bullets b has been lifted by the spring 100 and has finished firing, if the partition plate 101 between the next vertical single row of bullets b is slid, the spring 102 moves the next row of bullets horizontally. However, it is set in the same manner as described above. The magazine section C can be attached to and detached from the gun body 10, but the structure thereof is the same as the conventional one, and therefore detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the cam cylinder 40 further rotates, the piston member 50 is most retracted, the cylinder cylinder 60 is most advanced, and the bullet is inserted into the support member 80. At that moment, the piston member 50 is retracted. Is spring X
The air pushing surface 53 on the front side of the piston member pushes out the air to fire the bullet (FIG. 8). That is, the piston member 50 reciprocates once to eject a bullet every time the cam cylinder 40 makes one revolution. This operation can be repeated until a single column of bullets in the magazine section C is fired. When the trigger operation is completed, the spring 110 returns the trigger to the original position and the rotation of the motor is stopped. This stops bullet firing.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is a structure for firing a bullet by using an electric toy gun and a cam barrel and a piston that moves forward and backward while engaging with a spiral wall formed in the cam barrel. Therefore, the motor is smaller than the conventional structure that shoots balls with a rack and pinion, and the gun itself can be made smaller and lighter. This has the effect of not requiring separate ammunition parts. Also, it is arranged immediately before the air outlet,
If you use a support member that has multiple bullet receiving pieces on the inner surface, you can reliably support bullets without the drawbacks such as clogging of bullets and dropping the bullet just by pointing the muzzle down like the conventional product. effective.
