Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the two packing materials conventionally used between each air conditioner to one when the air conditioners are stacked in order to contrive energy conservation by a method wherein each individual packing material is provided with a recess part in each of the upper and lower surfaces conforming with the lower and upper parts of the air conditioner, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A packing material 1 for use in packing an air conditioner 2 is provided with a recess part 3a at its upper part for conforming with the lower part of the air conditioner 2 and a recess part 3b at the lower part thereof for conforming with the upper part of the air conditioner 2. When the air conditioners 2 are stacked in a plurality of tiers, the lower part of the air conditioner 2 is fitted into an upper recess part 1a of the lowest packing material 1, a lower recess part 1b of another packing material is fitted over the upper part of the air conditioner 2 and the lower part of another air conditioner 2 is fitted into an upper recess part 1a thereof. By laying the air conditioners, one upon another, in a repeated manner, the air conditioners can be stacked in several tiers and in this way the two packing materials 1 conventionally used between each air conditioner 2 can be decreased to one, thereby realizing resource conservation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT An example of an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention. When packaging the air conditioner 2, in order to protect the air conditioner 2 from shocks during transportation, the packing material 3 is fitted and packed on the upper side and the lower side of the air conditioner 2. As shown in FIG. 4, the main packing material 3 has a recess 3a on the upper surface of the packing material 3 and a recess 3a on the lower surface of the air conditioner 2, and a recess 3b on the lower surface of the packing material 3 in alignment with the upper surface of the air conditioner 2.
Is provided.

When stacking a plurality of air conditioners 2, the packing material 3 is placed at the bottom and the air conditioners 2 are fitted in the recesses 3a on the upper surface of the packing material. At this time, since the recess 3a is aligned with the lower surface of the air conditioner, the air conditioner 2 fits neatly into the recess 3a.
After this, the packing material 3 is further fitted onto the upper part of the air conditioner 2. At this time, since the concave portion 3b provided on the lower surface of the packing material 3 is aligned with the upper part of the air conditioner 2, the packing material 3 is properly moved to the upper part of the air conditioner.
Can be fitted. Since the recess 3a matching the lower surface of the air conditioner 2 is provided on the upper surface of the packing material 3 fitted in the upper part of the air conditioner, the air conditioner 2 for two stages can be placed.
By repeating this, the packaging of air conditioners can be stacked in several stages. Packing materials 3 are fitted respectively above and below each air conditioner 2, so that the air conditioner 2 can be protected from an impact. Moreover, when a plurality of layers are stacked by the conventional technique shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, two pieces of the upper packing material 5 and the lower packing material 6 are inserted between the air conditioners 2. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, only one packing material is inserted between the air conditioners 2 so that a resource saving and economical packing method can be provided.

Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. Packing material 1
Is a plurality of packing materials 3 of the above-described embodiment arranged in a plane and integrated. In this embodiment, 2 × 4 = 8 pieces are collected. Eight recesses 1a and 1b are provided on the upper surface and the lower surface of the packing material 1 so as to match the air conditioner 2, respectively. The operation is similar to that of the above-described embodiment, and the operation shown in FIG.
It can be stacked in multiple stages like. In the present embodiment, it is possible to pack the product in a larger size than the above, and it is possible to save the labor of fitting the packing material into the air conditioner many times. Further, it is similar to the above that it is a resource-saving and economical packing method.

Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. Packing material 4
Is a packaging material 1 of the embodiment that can be disassembled in units of one air conditioner. As shown in FIG. 6, the side surface of the packing material 4 is provided with a fitting portion convex portion 4a and a concave portion 4b, and the packaging material 4 can be assembled by fitting it from above as shown by the arrow. Before packaging, the packaging material 4 is combined like the packaging material 1 of the embodiment, and the same function and effect as the packaging material 1 can be produced. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, after packing and transporting them in a lump, by moving the air conditioners in the direction of the arrow at the installation site, etc., they can be disassembled into individual air conditioners, which has the effect of improving local portability. is there.

Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. Packing material 7
The through-hole 9 is provided between the recesses on the upper surface and the lower surface of the packing material 4. When the through holes 9 are stacked, the through holes 9 are opened at the same position so that the through holes 9 of a plurality of packing materials are communicated in the lateral direction, and the through holes 9 are large enough to receive the claws 8 of a forklift or the like. By using this through hole 9 at the time of stacking and unstacking, it becomes possible to carry one or more by a forklift or the like, and the transportability can be improved even if the air conditioner 2 is a heavy object. There is.

In addition, in the embodiment of FIGS. 5 and 7, not only when disassembling and transporting after field transportation, but also when stored in a factory or an intermediate warehouse, the state of FIGS. Accordingly, at the time of shipment, it can be disassembled into several bundles and shipped. At this time, the number of packing materials 7 after disassembling becomes insufficient, so it is necessary to prepare a spare packing material 7 in the intermediate warehouse. In this case, it is possible to reduce the number of packing materials as compared with the conventional one, and it is also possible to reduce the number of packaging materials as a whole.
