ラメント収納部とがこの電極フィラメント収納部の断面
積より大きい断面積の放電空間部を持つ連結部材を介し
て一体化されて、前記気密容器本体内の複数の放電空間
と前記電極フィラメント収納部の空間部とが前記連結部
材の放電空間部を介して連通されていることを特徴とす
