これには次のような欠点があった。（イ）屋外で袖をまくる必要があった。（ロ）防寒用の衣服の為、袖口がキツクまくるのが面倒であった。（ハ）ポケットやバックに入れて利用するときも面倒であった。（ニ）スキー手袋をしているため手袋をはめたままの作業は困難であった。本案はこれらの欠点を解消するためになされたものである。 This had the following drawbacks.
