【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 本管1の側面に分岐管2を接続し、本管
1と分岐管2の接続部を囲んでフィッティング10を密
閉構造に装着し、前記接続部に、本管1の外径より大径
のカッタで開口された開口部6を貫通させて設け、前記
フィッティング10のフランジ12にプラグ20を装着
し、プラグ20に外筒軸26を回動可能に密嵌し、外筒
軸26の下端部に雌ねじ34を備えた上部カム片33を
設け、上部カム片33の下側に前記外筒軸26と別体に
形成した前記雌ねじ34と逆向きの雌ねじ39を備えた
下部カム片38を設け、前記開口部6に嵌入した円筒状
のストッパ43を設け、このストッパ43の内側の上部
と下部に、それぞれ対向して傾斜溝44を設け、この傾
斜溝44に前記上部カム片33と下部カム片38を、回
動不能で上下摺動可能に嵌入し、ストッパ43に縦方向
のスリット49と、スリット49と周方向の位置を異な
らせた連通孔50を設け、前記外筒軸26に拡張軸58
を回動可能に密嵌し、拡張軸58の雄ねじ59と雄ねじ
