Abstract

PURPOSE:To present a pattern full of variety at moving a person before the panel by respectively forming vertical stripes due to repeat of transparent lines and opaque lines on one of two transparent plates and a little inclined vertical stripes against the former on the other. CONSTITUTION:Two transparent plates 1, 2 made of glass are supported with a frame-like supporting member 3 nearly in parallel with each other. Next, a pattern of vertical stripes due to repeat of transparent lines 1a, 1a and opaque lines 1b, 1b and section 4 of a pattern is formed on one transparent plate 1. Further, a pattern of vertical stripes due to repeat of transparent lines 2a and opaque lines 2b in the condition of nearly same intervals as the repeating intervals of the transparent line 1a and the opaque line 1b and a little inclining against them, is formed on the other transparent plate 1b. When a person moves before the panel, a pattern full of variety is presented, because the lapped part position of the transparent lines 1a, 2a and the opaque lines 1b, 2b of both the transparent plates 1, 2 is moved and the degree of lap is always varied on the upper and lower sides.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a decorative panel which is used as a partition panel of a building and has a pattern that changes depending on the position of a person passing in front of it.

2. Description of the Related Art As for plates having different patterns and characters that appear when the viewing position changes, a diffraction grating formed on one plate in a single layer or multiple layers can be seen. This utilizes the refraction of light and has a unique surface with scattered light that changes flashy colors like metal reflected light. The change in the pattern is such that it is clear when viewed closely, and it is not so clear that it can be used for interior decoration.

The tendency to be seen in the recent interior decoration is not flashy, and it is preferred that even a single color has an elegant taste and a change.
An example of an elegant object is a transparent glass plate with silk screen printing. When such a glass plate is used for a partition wall or the like, the effect of making the entire room elegant can be obtained. Therefore, in the present invention, this is further examined so that the appearance of the pattern may change depending on the position of the person passing by.

As a result of studying the above-mentioned problems, as a result, two transparent plates 1 and 2 and a supporting member 3 for supporting them in parallel are provided, and one transparent plate 1 has a transparent wire 1a and an opaque line. Among them, silk screen printing is useful in terms of the variety of patterns, precision, and the ability to manufacture many same products.
The pattern can be a variety of geometric patterns, people, flowers, etc. The opaque line may be almost translucent. Furthermore, “slightly inclined” means that the lower end has a slight deviation from the vertical line as compared with the upper end of the repeating unit of the transparent line and the opaque line. A person is clearly visible due to the overlapping of transparent lines, and in other parts, the degree of overlap between transparent and opaque lines is large and opaque. When it goes to B, it looks like FIG. 5, and since the overlapping of the transparent line and the opaque line is increasing especially at the upper part, the face of the person is thinning. However, the opaque lines are more overlapped on the chest decoration so that they are clearly visible. At C, the person is hidden by the overlapping of the transparent line and the opaque line as shown in FIG. 6, and the transparent portion appears in other portions. In D, as shown in FIG. 7, the person is appearing transparent again although it differs in the upper part and the lower part. In this example, the pattern is for a person, but other patterns can also have a large change.

According to the present invention, a decorative panel which changes greatly depending on the viewing position can be obtained. This can create a space with elegance. In addition, since the panel is a double transparent plate, the heat insulating property is also improved.

[Claims] 1. A vertical striped pattern consisting of two transparent plates 1 and 2 and a support member 3 for supporting them in parallel with each other. Repeating transparent lines 1a and opaque lines 1b on one transparent plate 1 and pattern divisions. And the transparent line 2a and the opaque line 2b are formed on the other transparent plate 2 at substantially the same repeating intervals as the transparent line 1a and the opaque line 1b.
