パートにおいて抄網コンベア1上方の幅方向両端の位置
で耳切りを行なうよう水噴射ノズル(耳切りノズル)3
を配設し、この耳切りノズル3により搬送されてくる紙
原料2の両端を噴射水4を噴射することによって切断す
るようにしている。

を引き起こす問題があった。本発明は紙粉による切断不
良が生じにくい耳切りノズルを提供し、前記従来の課題
を解決しようとするものである。

数とすることができる。また前記圧力導水管6bの上端
には圧力水が導入される導管6aが連結されており、下
端には紙原料2の切断用の圧力水を噴出させるノズル3
がPTネジ17により連結されている。15は回り止め
用穴で、同穴15を利用し、専用工具を用いて外筒部材
9とノズル3の取付け取外しを行なう。また1は抄網コ
ンベア、4は噴射水、16は紙原料2の切断部である。
なお、エアカーテン13の噴出角度は、紙種や抄紙条件
等により適正値を選ぶことで紙粉押え込みの効果を高め
ることができる。
