る諸条件を満たすマウスガードは形成されていなかっ

るようにコンパクトなものとし、違和感、嘔吐感を無く

スガードは、唇頬側を各歯牙(第三大臼歯は除く)の歯
頚部から2mm程度歯肉にかかる状態で被覆する形状と
し、口蓋側を前歯部分は被覆せず(切端部まで被覆)、
臼歯部分は歯頚部に至るまで被覆する形状としたもので
あり、装着感も大変良く而も緩衝性(臼歯部分のみで衝

せる事でマウスガードが得られるから、従来のカスタム
メイド型マウスガードのような面倒な手間が大幅に削減
出来るものである。

異なってくるものであり、従ってマウスガードの厚みを
定めれば基板(1)の形状が得られた段階で適宜必要な薄
膜シート(2)の幅は得られる。又、基板(1)及び薄膜シー
ト(2)は相当な力が係っても簡単に破れたり孔が開いた
りすることのない強度を有するものとする。(3)は緩衝
部で、通常のマウスガードであれば弾性素材を使用して
衝撃を緩和させているが、本考案では液体若しくは気体
によって緩衝作用を行う構造としてあり、該緩衝部(3)
であれば下顎の各歯牙との噛合面はほぼ全体的に当接出
来、どのような噛合状態であっても緩衝部(3)及び薄膜
シート(2)が変形して常に最良の噛合面が得られる。(4)
はノブで、必要に応じてストラップを取り付けるように
したものであり、特に設けずとも構わない。尚、本実施
