Description
本考案は、筐体内部に電子機器を複数収容する装置に係
り、特に内器を取付けるレール部材の安定性を高める改

【従来の技術】 本出願人は、例えば実公昭54-22910号『枠体』等で種々
の電子機器収容装置を提案している。この様な装置はキ
ュービクルと呼ばれ、例えば操作者と同じ程度の高さを
備えている。 しかし、近年電子部品の高集積度化が推進されているの
で、比較的小さな筐体でも同じ機能が実現できるように
なっている。例えば事務机と同じ程度の高さを有するキ
ャビネットでも充分で、机の脇におく形式で計装室など
におかれる。 第3図はキャビネットの構成図で、(A)は正面図、(B)は
側面で、側板を装着していない骨組みだけを示してい
る。図において、11は断面L字状の取付け柱で、軸方
向に等間隔で角穴が形成されていると共に、筐体正面側
の側面に設けられている。12は取付け柱11と対にな
る取付け柱で、筐体背面側の側面に設けられている。2
1は取付け柱11,12に取付けられた断面L字状のレ
ール部材で、大略水平になっており、例えば内部に多数
のプリント基板を収容するネストなどの電子機器が取付
けられる。30は筐体を床面上支持するベース、40は
筐体の平面を覆う蓋体である。 第4図はレール部材21の取付け状態の説明図で、(A)
は斜視図、(B)は平面図である。取付け柱11は、側面
と平行な前側面部11aと、正面と平行な前つば部11
bを有し、第2の取付け柱12は、側面と平行な後側面
部12aと、前記背面と平行な後つば部12bを有して
いる。そして、取付け柱11,12の前側面部11aと
後側面部12aにレール部材21がネジ止めされると共
に、取付け柱11,12は中心線IV−IVに対して左右対
称になっている。 しかし、ネジがレール部材21内側に突出しているの
で、内器を挿入する際に衝突して内器を損傷する虞があ
る。 第5図はレール部材21の他の取付け状態の説明図で、
(A)は斜視図、(B)は平面図である。取付け柱11,12
は中心点Vに対して非対称形状になっており、レール部
材21は取付け柱12の後側面部12aに設けられた角
穴に一端が係止され、取付け柱11の前つば部11bに
他端がネジ止めされている。 第6図はレール部材21の断面図である。レール部材2
1は前側面部11aと後側面部12aに平行な当接面2
1aと、筐体内側に水平に当接面21aが直角に折曲げ
られたレール面21bと、レール面21bと反対方向に

L字形状を有すると共に、前記側面と平行な前側面部1
1aと、前記正面と平行な前つば部11bを有してい
る。また、前記第2の取付け柱の筐体平面方向の断面形
状はL字形状を有すると共に、前記側面と平行な後側面
部12aと、前記背面と平行な後つば部12bを有して
いる。 そして、前記レール部材は、前記側面と平行な当接面2
1aと、この当接面から筐体内側に水平に折曲げられた
レール面21bと、当該レール面と反対方向に当接面が
折曲げられて第1の取付け柱の前つば部にネジ止めされ
るネジ止め面21c、当該レール面と反対方向に当接面
がクランク状(略Z字形)に折曲げられて第2の取付け
柱の後側面部に設けられた開口部に挿入されて引っ掛か
る係止面21dとを有すると共に、当該レール面のネジ
止め面側の端部に形成された当該ネジ止め面がネジ止め
された際に第1の取付け柱の前つば部に衝止する衝止面

は平面図、(B)は正面図である。衝止面21eと取付け
柱11の端面とは隙間なく当たっている。そこで内器を
収容するときに荷重Wが作用し、この結果衝止面21e
にはモーメントMが作用する。これに対して、衝止面2
1eからは反力Rが発生して、レール面21bの回転は
防止されると共にネジ止め面21cのネジが緩むことも
ない。 尚、上記実施例においては取付け柱11,12の断面形
状をL字形の部材として説明したが、本考案はこれに限
定されるものではなく、この様な側面を有するコの字形
