2. Description of the Related Art A conventional electric bedding of this type, for example, a futon dryer is shown in a fifth block diagram and an external view thereof in FIGS. The heater 1 and the blower 2 constitute a warm air unit 3 that blows warm air. A bag 4 from which hot air is blown from the entire surface is connected to the warm air unit 3, the bag 4 is laid on a futon 13, and a futon 14 is laid over it to dry it. The user selects the time of the timer 5 so that the drying is finished just at bedtime and the futon becomes full. When the timer 5 is operating, the control means 6c controls the heater 1 and the blower 2
The heater 1 when the timer 5 is up
And the blower 2 is turned off. In this structure, the bag 4 from which warm air is blown out is put between the laying futon 13 and the hanging futon 14. Therefore, when the user goes to bed, the bag 4 needs to be taken out and put away. Since it takes a lot of time to use it everyday, it is considered that the bedding portion 10 is laid under the bedding 13 instead of the bag as shown in FIG. 7. In this case, the bedding portion 10 is still laid when the user sleeps, which is particularly suitable for a bed. The warm air introduced from the warm air unit 3 is dispersedly blown out from the bedding portion 10, and the bed and the futon 13 are further spread.
4 (Hereafter, bedding 1 13 and mattress 14 1
Abbreviated as 3,14. ) Are raised to dry them. FIG. 8 shows the relationship between the elapsed time during the drying operation and the temperatures of the futons 13 and 14 in the case of FIG. During the drying operation, the bedding portion 10 also rises to about 45 ° C. due to warm air. Futon 1
Since the heat capacities of 3 and 14 are large, the temperatures of the futons 13 and 14 gradually increase from the start of operation and become saturated with the temperature of the warm air. After saturation, the hot air temperature will be maintained all the time.

In the case of the conventional futon dryer as shown in FIG. 6, since the bag 4 is located between the spread futon 13 and the hanging futon 14, the bag 4 itself is swollen, so that it is not dried. The user rarely sleeps on the bag 4 by mistake. However, in the case as shown in FIG. 7, since the bedding portion 10 is installed under the bedding 13, the user may accidentally fall asleep during the dry operation or the infant may fall asleep as a substitute for heating. Conceivable. For example, futon 1
If the temperatures of 3 and 14 are 45 ° C., there is a risk of burns if they are continuously contacted for about 30 minutes or more. In FIG. 8, the temperatures of the futons 13 and 14 continue to be maintained at 45 ° C. until the operation is stopped by the timer 5 after the saturation, so that there is a high risk of burns if the user accidentally falls asleep during operation. Therefore, a configuration in which a sensor for detecting the presence of a human body is attached to the bedding portion 10 and the drying operation is stopped when the human body is detected on the bedding portion 10 can be considered. However, this method has a problem that the cost of the electric bedding as a whole is increased because the sensor of this type is generally expensive.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the electric bedding according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.
A description will be given based on FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a first embodiment of the electric bedding of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a futon 13 at that time,
It is a figure which shows the relationship of the temperature of 14, and the control of the heater 1. The appearance is the same as in FIG. 7. The heater 1 and the blower 2 constitute a warm air unit 3 that blows out warm air, sends the warm air from the warm air unit 3 to the bedding portion 10, blows the warm air from the surface of the bedding portion 10, and places it on the bedding portion 10. Covered futon 13,
Dry 14 The heater 1 and the blower 2 are turned on / off by the control means 6a. The control means 6a operates the heater 1 and the blower 2 at the start of operation, and when the temperature of the bedding portion 10 detected by the bedding portion temperature detecting means 7a thereafter becomes equal to or higher than the first temperature Th1, only the heater 1 is turned off, and the blower 2 It remains on. The heater 1 is turned on when the temperature of the bedding portion 10 decreases and becomes equal to or lower than the second temperature Th2. At this time, the blower 2 remains on. Repeat this. The reason why only the blower 2 is turned on when the temperature becomes equal to or higher than the first temperature Th1 is that the drying capacity is higher than when both the heater 1 and the blower 2 are stopped at the same time. The timer 5 determines the total operation time t1 of the futon drying. While the heater 1 and the blower 2 are on, warm air of about 45 ° C. passes through the warm air unit 3 and exits from the bedding section 10. Futon 13,
Since the heat capacity of 14 is large, the temperatures of the futons 13 and 14 gradually increase from the start of operation and become saturated at the warm air temperature of 45 ° C.
There is a risk of burns if the futons 13 and 14 at 45 ° C are continuously contacted for 30 minutes or more. Therefore, in this embodiment, the first temperature Th1 is set to 45 ° C. in consideration of safety.
In this way, the heater 1 is turned on / off according to the temperature of the bedding portion 10 and is turned off when the temperature of the futons 13 and 14 is saturated to about 45 ° C. Therefore, even if the user mistakenly operates the bedding, Even if you fall asleep in part 10, you will not get burned.

Further, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. When the total operation time t1 of futon drying is determined by the timer 5, for example, if the operation time t1 is 2 hours, it is generally necessary to configure the timer 5 with an error of about several minutes. That is, even when the timer 5 is configured by a circuit, it is necessary to use a timer IC or the like to make an accurate timer. In addition, it is necessary to use a large amount of RAM when configuring the timer in software using the RAM of the microcomputer. For example, to make a 2-hour timer with an error of 1 minute, a 1-byte (2 nibbles) RAM is used to count 120.
In FIG. 3, the bedding portion temperature detecting means 7b is used instead of the timer 5.
The counter 11 counts the number of times the temperature of the bedding portion 10 detected in step 1 repeats between the first temperature Th1 and the second temperature Th2 to determine the drying operation time. In the counter 11, for example, the number of repetitions is only set to be 2, so that an accurate timer and many RAMs are unnecessary. For example, if counting only twice, a 1-bit or 2-bit RAM may be used. The operation other than the operation of determining the operation time by the count number of the counter 11 is the same as that of the first embodiment.

Further, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a block diagram of a third embodiment of the electric bedding according to the present invention. The control unit 6b outputs the output related to the control of the warm air unit 3 according to the temperature detected by the bedding portion temperature detection unit 7a, as in the first embodiment. The difference is that the control means 6b has a warm air unit driving means 12 for driving the heater 1 and the blower 2 at the same time, and the heater 1 and the blower 2 are not turned on / off independently by the control means 6b, but at the same time. It's about turning it on and off. That is, when the temperature of the bedding portion 10 detected by the bedding portion temperature detecting means 7a becomes equal to or higher than the first temperature Th1, the heater 1 and the blower 2 are turned off. When the temperature of the bedding portion 10 decreases to the second temperature Th2 or lower, the heater 1 and the blower 2 are turned on. Repeat this. Although the entire drying time is slightly longer than when the blower 2 is turned on even when the temperature reaches the first temperature Th1 or more, two of the heater driving means 8 and the blower driving means 9 are the hot air unit driving means 12 Since the circuit becomes simple, the circuit becomes simple and the cost can be reduced. Moreover, there is an advantage that the circuit is simplified and the number of failures is reduced.

(1) Since the bedding portion temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the bedding portion detects the temperature of the bedding portion and controls the on / off of the heater, even if the room temperature or the power supply voltage fluctuates, the bedding portion temperature exceeds a certain temperature. And the maximum temperature exposure time is intermittent, which prevents burns. In addition, it is not necessary to detect room temperature and power supply voltage fluctuations, and the circuit can be simplified.
