る巻取軸を駆動する巻取軸モータと、この巻取軸モータ
の回転速度を制御する巻取軸制御装置と、前記巻取軸モ
ータの再始動加速時に追加された加速度設定値を与える
加速速度設定器と、前記巻取軸モータの負荷電流と巻取
軸の電流設定値を比較し、前記負荷電流値から前記設定
電流値まで徐々に変化する電流設定変化信号を出力する
入力制限器と、前記巻取ロール速度検出器からの巻取ロ
ール回転速度信号によって巻取軸の巻取量を演算して巻
取量信号を出力する巻取量検査回路と、前記送込量信号
