The one-side locking flat body is formed by joining two metal plates on the front and back to form a one-side flat groove chamber between the two plates, and housing the tip key piece in the groove chamber. If the tip hook unnecessarily projects from the groove chamber except when the wall material is joined,
Since there is a risk of contact with other wall materials or the like to be deformed, they are locked and held in place in the groove chamber by the reinforcing horizontal rod.

The hook 103 is unnecessarily placed at a predetermined position in the storage chamber 104 by the stepped portion (not shown) formed on the hook 103 being releasably locked to the locking portion 105. Although it is locked and held so as not to project from the storage chamber 104, the tip of the hook 103 is lowered downward (to the back plate body 102 side) by gravity when the hook 103 is placed on the back plate body 102 during the assembly. However, as shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 6, it is not located in the central portion between the two plate members 101 and 102 but is displaced to the back plate member 102 side. When the hook 103 is thus deviated in the storage chamber 104, when the hook 103 is projected from the coupling tool 100 to couple the wall material, the hook 103 comes into contact with the edge of the other coupling tool and the coupling is performed. There is a problem that the engaging portion inside the tool cannot be engaged.

Further, since the number of parts for mounting the locking portion 105 increases, the number of assembling steps also increases, and when inserting the locking portion 105, both holes 106, 107 and the step of the hook 103 between them are provided. Since it has to be inserted in a state in which the attached portion and the attached portion are arranged in a straight line, positioning becomes extremely difficult and assembly workability is significantly deteriorated.

Next, a procedure for assembling the one coupling tool 2 will be described. First, the pre-assembled hook 15 and rotor 14
Is placed on the back plate 7. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, the base portion 16 of the rotor 14 is inserted into the through hole 17 of the back plate body 7, and the projection 26 is positioned inside the stepped portion 20 of the hook 15. The periphery is located at the tip of the protrusion 26. As a result, the hook 15 (the rotor 1
(Including 4) with respect to the plate body 7 and temporary holding are achieved. Next, the front plate body 6 is covered. At this time, the base portion 16 of the rotor 14 is assembled so as to enter the through hole 17 of the front plate body 6, and the front and back plate bodies 6 and 7 are joined.
Further, by such a joining operation, the protrusion 25 is abutted against the protrusion 26 to form the locking portion 3, and the protrusion 25 similarly enters the stepped portion 20 of the hook 15. After that, both plate bodies 6 and 7 are crimped at the crimped portions 8 and 9 to integrate all the components.

At this time, even when the hook 15 is deviated to either one of the centers of the plate bodies 6 and 7 (usually, gravity tends to deviate toward the back plate body 7). Since the projections 25 and 26 are inclined toward the center between the plates 6 and 7, they are guided to the center by this inclination, so that the hook 15 is interposed between the plates 6 and 7 as shown by a chain line in FIG. It will be held at the position of the approximate center.

The coupling tools 2, 4 assembled in this way
Are embedded in the heat insulating material at the ends of the panels P1 and P2 as shown in FIG. At this time, the bent pieces 27 and 38 are formed so as to bite into the heat insulating material of the panel, whereby the coupling tools 2 and 4 are firmly held by the panel P1 or P2. Further, since the protrusions 25 and 26 are butted against each other, even if the foaming pressure of the heat insulating material is applied to the bulging portions 11 and 12, the crushing can be prevented with sufficient strength. Further, the heat insulating material of the panel P1 is cut out so that the through hole 17 of the plate body 6 and the base portion 16 of the rotor 14 can be seen from the outer surface of the panel P1.

Next, when the panels P1 and P2 are to be joined together, as shown in FIG. 5, both panels P1 and P2 are abutted against each other, and both joining tools 2 and 4 are opposed to each other. Next, a rotating rod 40 having a hexagonal cross section as shown in FIG. 5 is inserted from the outer surface of the panel P1,
It is engaged with the base portion 16 of the rotor 14 and rotated clockwise in FIG. 1 or 5. This rotation causes the rotor 14 to rotate clockwise in FIG. 1, but the hook 15 cannot rotate because the stepped portion 20 is locked by the locking portion 3. However, because the base portion 16 of the rotor 14 is eccentric downward in FIG. 1, the hook 15 is pulled downward,
Eventually, the stepped portion 20 moves below the locking portion 3 and escapes.
As a result, the engagement between the stepped portion 20 and the engaging portion 3 is released, the hook 15 becomes rotatable, and the frictional force with the rotor 14 causes the rotor 14 to rotate together with the rotation of the rotor 14, and the hook-shaped portion 19 at the tip thereof. Goes out of the storage room 13 and the storage room 3 of the coupling 4
Go into 5 and go.

At this time, since the hook 15 is located at the substantially central position between the plate members 6 and 7 and the deviation amount is small as described above, the hook 15 contacts the edges of the plate members 29 and 30 of the connector 4. The hook-shaped portion 19 of the hook 15 can be smoothly stored in the storage chamber 3 without touching.
5 can be entered. Eventually, when the hook-shaped portion 19 of the hook 15 comes to a substantially horizontal position as indicated by 19A in FIG. 1, the hook 15 comes into contact with the engaging portion 37 and cannot rotate. Then, when the rotor 14 is still rotated, the hook 15 is pulled to the left in FIG. 1 again due to the eccentricity of the base portion 16, and the hook-shaped portion 19 becomes the engaging portion 37 as shown by 19B in FIG. Firmly matingly engages. Both panels P1 and P2 are joined by such engagement.

In the rotor 14, the overhanging portion 23 is then the protruding portion 22.
When it comes into contact with the panel, it becomes unrotatable and the panel joining work is completed. When the panels P1 and P2 are uncoupled from each other, if the rotating rod 40 is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. 1, the rotor 14 and the hook 15 perform the reverse operation described above, and the hook 15 is the coupling tool. 2 and pulled back into the storage unit 13,
The panels P1 and P2 are uncoupled. After that, the stepped portion 20 is locked by the locking portion 3, and at this time, the hook 1
Even if 5 is slightly deviated to one side from the center between both plate bodies 6 and 7, the protrusions 25 and 26 are guided to the center so that the hook 15 is located between the plate bodies 6 and 7. It will be locked at the position of the approximate center. Finally, the overhanging portion 23 of the rotor 14 contacts the convex portion 21 and returns to the initial state.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, since the engaging portion is constituted by the projections of the two front and back plate bodies that constitute one coupling tool, the number of parts of the panel coupling device and the cost are reduced. It is possible to reduce. In addition, the presence of the protrusion enables positioning and temporary holding of the hook with respect to the plate body during assembly, and thereafter, one of the couplers can be assembled simply by joining the front and back plate bodies. Since no work is required, the workability of assembling the coupler is significantly improved as a whole. Furthermore, since the projections forming the locking portion are inclined and projected from the plate body and are abutted against each other at the substantially central portion between the plate bodies, the strength of the coupling itself is improved and both plate bodies are At the stage of joining, the hook can be guided to the substantially central portion between the plate bodies by the inclination of the protrusion and can be held in the storage chamber. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate inconvenience during the connecting work due to the deviation of the hooks in the storage chamber and to smoothly achieve the panel connecting work.
