Abstract

PURPOSE:To construct a drain structure on an underground construction like an underground chamber or an underground parking garage and permeate rain water or other falling on the underground consruction through joints and stably drain the permeated water for a long term and further, easily carry out the meintenance work. CONSTITUTION:A drain structure is composed of an external member layer 2 partitioned by water-permeable joints 1, a concrete layer 3, a sequential space in the plane direction. And drain layers 4 connected to a draining device at least at one position and water-proof layers 5 are formed in turn. The water- permeable joints 1 are connected to the drain layer by water conducting members 6 composed of a flat pipe assembly which pierces through the concrete layer 3 and of which opened end is installed parallelly to the water-permeable joints 1.

2. Description of the Related Art Water such as rainwater accumulated on a structure such as an artificial ground, a basement, an underground parking lot not only deteriorates the durability of the structure, but also causes a situation that rainwater enters the structure. Therefore, it is desired to drain this efficiently.
On the other hand, when an exterior part such as a sidewalk is formed on the structure, it is functionally desired that the rainwater that has fallen into the exterior part quickly permeates and drains without flowing over the surface.

However, in the above drainage structure, coarse particles of foreign matter such as leaves and stones are clogged in the gaps of the exterior material layer, which not only spoils the appearance but also is not easy to remove. Further, since the water passage portion is composed of a net-like member, fine particles of foreign matter such as sand are easily clogged, and the drainage capacity deteriorates in long-term use. Further, the gravel layer forming the drainage layer also has a problem that the drainage capacity is deteriorated during long-term use, like the knitted member. In particular, foreign substances clogged in the drainage layer cannot be practically removed.

In the present invention, the communicating portion for guiding the water infiltrated from the water-permeable joint 1 to the drainage layer 4 is constituted by the water-permeable member 6. Such a water-passing member body is composed of a flat tube assembly. With such a structure, it is easy to secure a water passage between the concrete layers, and moreover, the water passage can be arranged below the water permeable joint, and the water invading from the water permeable joint can be efficiently guided to the drainage layer. It will be possible. In addition, the water-permeable member exhibits stable performance without fear of clogging due to fine foreign matter that has permeated through the water-permeable joint due to such a structure. The water-passing member is composed of a flat tube assembly, and is not particularly limited as long as the opening area of each tube has a size capable of processing the amount of water entering from the water-permeable joint. Generally, pipes having an opening area of 1 to 1000 mm 2 collected in parallel are used. The shape of the pipe is not particularly limited, but is generally rectangular or circular. Further, the material of the tube assembly may be any as long as it has water resistance, and plastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride, metals such as iron, stainless steel, copper and titanium are generally used. Of these, plastic is preferred.

The water-passing member 6 is communicated with the drainage layer 4 from its lower end so as to reliably discharge the water to the drainage layer 4. Such a structure is not particularly limited, but if a typical structure is shown as an example, a mode in which a leg is provided at the lower end of the water-passing member so as not to collapse the opening, a mode in which a hole is formed in the side surface of the lower part of the water-passing member, There is a mode in which the lower end of the water-permeable member is locked to the upper surface of the drainage layer and is supported by a stopper having a U-shaped cross section, which has a drainage hole on at least a side surface. FIG. 3 shows a typical embodiment in which the water passage member is supported using the above stopper.
Shown in. In FIG. 3, the stopper 9 has a collar portion 15 for engaging with the upper surface of the drainage layer, and a support member 17 for securing an outflow space of water from the water passage member 6, and further, The drain hole 14 is provided at least on the side surface. Also, the sealing material 1
3 is provided if necessary.

In the present invention, the drainage layer 4 is formed by a space provided between the concrete layer 3 and the waterproof layer 5 and continuous in the plane direction. The mode of forming such a space is not particularly limited. As the most preferable mode, as shown in FIG. 1, a frame 8 having a plurality of independent concave portions A is provided on a flat waterproof layer 5 and a concrete layer 3 is formed on the frame 8. According to this aspect, the strength of the drainage layer 4 can be sufficiently maintained by the concrete layer 3. The material of the frame is not particularly limited, but the plastic is generally preferably used.
