First, in the first prior art, since a tape body made of thin vinyl or the like is sewn directly to clothes or the like, the sewn state is formed on the tape body. The thread directly passed through the needle hole, and the needle hole gradually expanded during use, and the tape body was easy to peel off. At the same time, the tape body was easily damaged by the frictional force applied during use, causing easy peeling. Further, since the tape body must be sewn on both sides of the tape body to the garment, the tape body adheres to the surface of the garment at the time of sewing and is partially sewn without being flatly sewn,
As a result, wrinkles or waves were produced on the entire tape body, which not only facilitated peeling, but also contributed to impaired aesthetics. Even if the sewing technique is improved, the cloth body and the tape body of clothes and the like are made of completely different materials, so that they lack affinity and cannot generate wrinkles and waves. did. In particular, since clothes and the like have to flexibly respond to body movements, the occurrence of wrinkles and waves has been fatal from the viewpoint of permanently attaching the tape body to the clothes and the like.

The second prior art was made to remove the generation of wrinkles and waves. However, since a cloth coated with a reflecting agent is cut into a tape having a desired narrow width, Cut surfaces occur on both sides of the tape body, and since these cut surfaces are formed vertically, the texture after sewing is poor, and since the cut surface is unprocessed, the threads often fray, which is aesthetically preferable. There wasn't. In other words, since the reflector is simply sewn so to speak, it cannot be used as a one-point pattern for clothes or the like, and there is a problem in that it does not look good.

Therefore, when it is sewn to clothes or the like, it can be integrated with the clothes or the like without being easily peeled off, and various colors can be combined, and when it is sewn to a desired place, the clothes or the like can be combined. There has been a strong demand for the development of a cloth tape comprising a light-reflecting tape capable of forming a one-point pattern and a manufacturing method thereof.

According to the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, the tape body 4 formed by applying the reflection agent 3 is placed on the cloth body 1 at a desired position. In this case, when the tape body 4 and one side surface of the cloth body 1 are aligned with each other, the tape body 4 has to be sewn on when sewing, and therefore the tape body 4 is moved slightly inward and the seam allowance 8 is formed. Is preferably formed.

The cloth body 1 on which the tape body 4 is placed is a roller 7,
The rollers 7, 7 are introduced between 7 and are preheated to a predetermined temperature, that is, about 125 ° C. to maintain the temperature. The temperature is the optimum temperature for heat-bonding the tape body 4 made of a synthetic resin such as vinyl to the cloth body 1. When the temperature is higher than the above temperature, the tape body 4 melts, and when the temperature is lower than that temperature, Insulation is incomplete.

The cloth body 1 introduced between the rollers 7 and 7 is subjected to a predetermined pressure at the above temperature, that is, a pressure of about 4.5 kg, so that the tape body 4 and the cloth body 1 are heat-bonded. , They become integrated and cannot be separated. In this heat-bonding step, the tape body 4 is about 3% by the pressure of the rollers 7, 7.
Since the cloth body 1 is stretched back and forth and heat-bonded to the cloth body 1, it is necessary that the cloth body 1 and the tape body 4 have substantially the same degree of elongation. That is, when the cloth body 1 and the tape body 4 are stretched at the same time at the time of heat-sealing, the affinity between them is increased, and the tape body 4 is flatly adhered to the cloth body 1 and heat-bonded. No wrinkles, waves, etc. The elongation of the cloth body 1 may be such that the elongation of the tape body 4 can be absorbed, and the elongation rate of 3 to 10% is sufficient.

When the elongation of the cloth body 1 is less than that of the tape body 4, the elongation degree of the tape body 4 is not absorbed at the time of heat-sealing, so that the tape body 4 is wrinkled and the tape body 4 as a whole is wrinkled. Not only is the wave generated and the appearance is bad, but it is also impossible to perform close contact when sewing the clothes 6 or the like. The cloth body 1 formed by heat-sealing the tape body 4 is formed as a cloth tape 5, and the cloth tape 5 is sewn to a desired portion of the clothes 6 to light a headlight of a night car or the like. It reflects the presence of the wearer and protects it from traffic accidents.

FIG. 2 shows a cloth body 1. This cloth body 1 is made of a material having an appropriate stretchability, is formed in a narrow and long shape, and is dyed in multiple colors to form a color-coded pattern. 2 is formed. Since the cloth body 1 has appropriate elasticity, the tape body 4 can be heat-bonded and flattened without any trouble. That is, the tape body 4 is stretched by about 3% by the pressure of the heated rollers 7 and 7 when it is heat-bonded. Therefore, when the degree of elongation cannot be absorbed by the cloth body 1, the tape body 4 has wrinkles, waves or the like. Will be heat-dressed in. However, since the cloth body 1 of the present invention has an appropriate elasticity so that the tape body 4 can absorb the elongation of the tape body 4, the cloth body 1 is stretched together with the tape body 4 when heat-sealed, and the tape body 4 is stretched.
Can be heat-treated in a flat state. It is sufficient for the cloth body 1 to have an appropriate elasticity as long as it has an elongation of about 3 to 10%.

The color-coded pattern 2 formed on the cloth 1 is
This is for forming a one-point pattern when the cloth tape 5 is sewn onto clothes or the like. For example, a color coded pattern 2 of two colors, red and yellow, is formed on the cloth body 1 in the vertical direction, and as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, when the gray tape body 4 is heat-bonded to the central portion of the cloth body 1, red, gray, and yellow color-coded patterns 2
Is easily formed, and by sewing this to desired places such as the cuffs, shoulders, and hem of a windbreaker that is sportswear, a one-point pattern is formed, and at the same time this one-point pattern functions as a reflector. can do. The color-coded pattern 2 is not limited to the one described above, and any desired color such as blue, green, white, and black can be selected, and the color-coded pattern 2 is not limited to the two-color pattern, and three-color, four-color, etc. It can be formed appropriately. The tape body 4 can also be dyed in a desired color such as red, yellow and green without being limited to the gray color described above.

Next, what is shown in FIG. 3 is a cloth tape 5 formed by heat-sealing the tape body 4 on the cloth body 1. The cloth tape 5 is formed by the means described below. First, the tape body 4 formed by applying the reflection agent 3 is placed on a desired portion of the cloth body 1. In this case, when the tape body 4 and one side surface of the cloth body 1 are matched with each other, the tape body 4 must be sewn as a seam allowance when sewing to the clothes 6 or the like.
As shown in the figure, it is desirable to move the tape body 4 slightly to the right or left to form the seam allowance 8. Further, in order to freely form a desired color-coded pattern, the tape body 4 may be positioned at the center of the cloth body 1 as shown in FIG.

Cloth body 1 with tape body 4 placed at a desired position
Is introduced between the rollers 7 and 7 shown in FIG. 5, and the rollers 7 and 7 have a predetermined temperature, that is, about 125 ° C.
It is heated back and forth to maintain this temperature. The temperature can be appropriately changed according to the material of the tape body 4. Cloth body 1 introduced between rollers 7 and 7
Is the predetermined pressure at the above temperature, that is, about 4.5 kg
The tape body 4 and the cloth body 1 are heat-bonded by being applied with the pressure in the front and back, and the two are integrated and cannot be separated. The pressure can be appropriately changed depending on the materials of the tape body 4 and the cloth body 1. In this heat-bonding process, the tape body 4 is moved to the
It is preferable that the cloth body 1 and the tape body 4 have substantially the same degree of elongation, because the cloth body 1 and the tape body 4 are stretched by about 3% and heat-bonded to the cloth body 1 by the pressure. That is, at the time of heat-sealing, the cloth body 1 and the tape body 4 are stretched to about the same degree at the same time, so that the affinity between them is increased, and the tape body 4 is flatly adhered to the cloth body 1 and heat-welded. No wrinkles, waves, etc. Cloth 1
The degree of elongation of the tape body 4 is only required to absorb the degree of elongation of the tape body 4, and the elongation rate of about 3 to 10% is sufficient. If the elongation of the cloth body 1 is less than that of the tape body 4, the elongation degree of the tape body 4 is not absorbed during heat-sealing, so that the tape body 4 is wrinkled and a wave is generated on the whole. Therefore, the cloth body 1 has an appropriate elasticity, that is, about 3 to 1
It is desirable to have an elongation rate of about 0%. The cloth body 1 formed by heat-bonding the above-mentioned tape body 4 is formed as a cloth tape 5, cut into a desired size in accordance with the sewing position of the clothes 6 and the like, and as shown in FIG. It is sewn to a desired portion such as a shoulder, a cuff or a hem.

Therefore, according to the present invention, when the cloth tape is sewn onto clothes or the like, it is integrated with the clothes or the like without being peeled off during use, and the light from headlights of automobiles at night is reflected and worn. It is possible to clearly indicate the existence of persons and easily protect them from traffic accidents. That is, the present invention does not directly sew a tape body made of thin vinyl or the like to clothes or the like as in the prior art, but the sewed state is the same as that in the conventional needle hole formed in the tape body. Since the thread does not pass directly through, there is no risk that the needle hole will gradually expand during use and the tape body will peel off, and at the same time, the tape body will be easily damaged by the frictional force applied during use. It does not peel off at all. Further, since the conventional tape body must be sewn on both sides of the tape body when sewn, the tape body sticks to the surface of the garment at the time of sewing and partially extends without being sewn flat, As a result, wrinkles or waves are generated on the entire tape body, which not only facilitates peeling but also impairs the aesthetic appearance, but the present invention has no such problems. Further, in the prior art in which a cloth coated with a reflector is cut into a tape with a desired narrow width, cut surfaces are formed on both sides of the tape body, and the cut surfaces are formed vertically. Was unpleasant to the touch, and because the cut surface was unprocessed, the threads were often frayed, which was not aesthetically pleasing. However, in the present invention,
This does not occur at all because the tape-shaped cloth body is formed in advance. Further, according to the present invention, since various colors can be applied to the cloth tape and various kinds of color-coded patterns can be formed, when the cloth tape is sewn on a desired portion of clothes or the like, a one-point pattern of clothes or the like is formed. Is what you can do. Further, the cloth tape of the present invention is formed by heat-sealing the tape body to the cloth body, and moreover, in the heat-bonding step, the tape body and the cloth body have approximately the same degree of elongation. It is possible to completely bond and integrate both without causing wrinkles and waves on the body.
