[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a multi-level parking device for parking a vehicle.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

In the conventional multi-level parking system, each part has to be assembled at the installation site. However, the installation site is subject to various restrictions on the assembly work due to the surrounding conditions and space. Therefore, the installation work is troublesome and requires a lot of time. Also, it is very troublesome to move it to another place, and it is almost impossible to temporarily store it in a warehouse or the like.

In addition, in the conventional multi-stage parking apparatus, it is necessary to use a very complicated power mechanism to avoid the vehicle in the lower stage or move the vehicle parked in the lower stage when the vehicle in the upper stage is taken in and out. . Therefore, in the former case, there is a disadvantage that it causes an increase in the size and cost of the device, and in addition that it takes a long time to move the vehicle in and out, and in the latter case, there are many restrictions on the moving in and out of the vehicle. There are disadvantages.

【0004】[0004]

[Issues to be solved by the device]

The present invention has been made against such a circumstance, and the troublesome assembly at the installation site is unnecessary, and the vehicle in the upper tier is extremely easy to take in and out without causing interference with the vehicle in the lower tier. The aim is to provide a folding multi-level parking system that can be operated.

【0005】[0005]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

The foldable multi-level parking device according to the present invention supports the whole in contact with the ground at the installation site, and is rotatably connected to the bottom frame that provides the lowermost parking space and connected to the bottom frame. The rear support frame is turned upside down when folded by turning it to a fulcrum so that it is in an upright state when used, the bracing members for maintaining the upright state of the rear support frame, the bottom frame, and the vertical direction with respect to each other. A plurality of upper parking plates whose rear portions are rotatably supported by a rear support frame with a predetermined interval and whose front part has a longer protruding length, and the front of each upper parking plate. It is provided with an elevating and lowering support part for supporting the elevating and lowering part.

This foldable multi-level parking apparatus can be put into a ready-to-use state by simply carrying a pre-assembled one in a folded state to the installation site and unfolding it there. For this deployment, all that is required is to fix the rear support frame in an upright state, and for that purpose, only support the rear support frame with bracing members.

Parking on the upper parking plate is performed by lowering the front part by the elevating and lowering support part to bring the upper parking plate into a forward inclined state, and riding the vehicle on the upper parking plate in the forward inclined state. At this time, the upper parking plate that inclines forward has a longer protruding length at the front part as it goes up, so it does not interfere with the vehicle parked in the lower tier. Therefore, it is not necessary to move the lower vehicle.

According to the present invention, the folding multi-stage parking device is provided with a ramp for ascending to the upper parking plate for the convenience of the user who parks on the upper parking plate.

Further, according to the present invention, when the tilt relaxing plate is provided at the front end of the upper parking plate, the spoiler or muffler at the front or rear of the vehicle may come into contact with the plate when the vehicle is taken in or out of the upper parking plate. This is preferable because it will be eliminated and the vehicle can be taken in and out more smoothly. Further, it is more preferable that such a tilt moderating plate can be moved back and forth so that the tilt angle can be further adjusted as needed. Further, it is more preferable to attach casters to the inclination relaxation plate because the forward and backward movements will be easy.

Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to attach casters that can be stored when unnecessary to the bottom frame so that they can be easily moved when the folding multi-stage parking device needs to be moved. is there.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a folding type multistage parking apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention. This foldable multi-stage parking device mainly includes a bottom frame 20, a rear support frame 30, bracing members 40, a plurality of upper parking plates 50, 50 (for two vehicles in this example), and each upper parking plate. Each of the 50 includes an elevating / lowering support portion 60.

The bottom frame 20 supports the whole of the multi-tiered parking device in contact with the ground when the multi-tiered parking device is installed at a predetermined place, and also provides a parking space at the bottom, so that only one vehicle can be stored in the bottom frame 20. It is formed in a square shape having an area.

The rear support frame 30 is formed in a gate shape, and its base end is hinge-connected to the side surface of the bottom frame 20, and is rotatable about this hinge connection.

The brace member 40 is for holding the rear support frame 30 in an upright state with respect to the bottom frame 20 when the present multi-stage parking device is used, and is bendable and non-bendable by the locking means 46. The joint portion 40j thus configured has an intermediate portion, and one end is connected to the side surface of the bottom frame 20 and the other end is connected to the side surface of the rear support frame 30 by hinge connection. That is, while the rear support frame 30 is kept upright in the extended state by the locking means 46, the rear support frame 30 is laid sideways if the locking means 46 is released and the joint portion 40j is bent as shown in FIG. It will be in a state and the whole can be folded.

The upper parking plate 50 that enables multi-level parking is provided with a rear portion thereof at a predetermined distance from the bottom frame 20 and the other upper parking plates 50, that is, a sufficient vertical distance for accommodating a vehicle. It is connected to the rear support frame 30 in a closed state. The connection to the rear support frame 30 is also a hinge connection, so that the upper parking plate 50 is in a state of being rotatable around the connection portion to the rear support frame 30 as a fulcrum. On the other hand, the front portion of the upper parking plate 50 is supported by an elevating / lowering support portion 60 which is formed to be extendable and has one end connected to the bottom frame 20, and has a joint portion 80j similar to the brace member 40. Are supported by a front support member 80 connected to the bottom frame 20.

The connecting portions of the elevating support portion 60 and the front support member 80 are both hinged. Therefore, the upper parking plate 50 is in a horizontal state (FIGS. 1 and 3) due to the elevating and lowering support portion 60 extending, and in a downward inclined state due to the elevating and lowering support portion 60 contracting and the front support member 80 bending (see FIG. 4) can be taken.

Further, the upper parking plate 50 has a longer front protruding length as it goes upward, so that it does not interfere with other vehicles on the upper parking plate 50 in the downward tilted state. An inclination relaxation plate 54 is provided at the tip.

The tilt relaxing plate 54 is structured to engage with a guide groove 50a formed at the front end of the upper parking plate 50 via an engaging protrusion 54a. Therefore, the tilt relaxing plate 54 can be moved back and forth along the guide groove 50a, and casters 54b are attached to smooth the forward and backward movement. As shown in FIG. 4, when the upper parking plate 50 inclines downward, the inclination relaxing plate 54 forms a gentler angle with respect to the ground than the upper parking plate 50. As a result, the upper parking plate 50 is formed. There is no possibility of rubbing the spoiler or muffler at the front and rear of the vehicle when moving the vehicle in and out of the vehicle.

The upper parking plate 50 is formed with a tire stopper 52 for stopping the movement of the parked vehicle. The tire stopper 52 may have a recessed structure as shown in FIG. Alternatively, the structure shown in FIG. 2 may be used. The tire stopper 52 shown in FIG. 2 includes a lever 52a that is rotatably connected to the upper parking plate 50, a spring 52b that urges the lever 52a in a direction in which the lever 52a projects to the upper surface of the upper parking plate 50, and a lever 52a that is a spring 52b. It is composed of a hydraulic cylinder 52c for retracting against the urging force of. That is, the lever 52a is retracted by the weight of the invading vehicle when the vehicle rides on the lever 52a, and protrudes by the urging force of the spring 52b when the vehicle passes by and works to fix the vehicle. On the other hand, when the vehicle is taken out, it is retracted by the hydraulic cylinder 52c and the fixation by the lever 52a is released.

The multi-level parking apparatus is provided with a ramp 70 that employs, for example, a chain, for the convenience of the driver who parks on the upper parking plate 50. A caster 90 (shown in FIG. 5) that can be stored when not needed is attached to the ground side of the bottom frame 20 so that the caster 90 can be easily moved and transported.

The usage state of such a foldable multi-stage parking device will be described below. This foldable multi-stage parking device is assembled in advance in a factory and is brought to the installation site in a folded state as shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the rear support frame 30 is set upright at the installation site, and the brace members 40 are extended by the locking means 46 as described above, and the rear support frame 30 is set upright. It can be used only by fixing it to.

No operation is required for parking at the bottom frame 20, that is, at the lowermost stage, and the vehicle 10 may simply enter and stop in the parking space by the bottom frame 20. Regarding parking on the upper parking plate 50, as shown in FIG. 4, first, the elevating and lowering support part 60 is contracted to incline the upper parking plate 50 downward, and the tip thereof is grounded. At this time, the inclination easing plate 54 is grounded at a gentler angle than the upper parking plate 50 to facilitate the entry of the vehicle 12 into the upper parking plate 50, as described above. In this state, the vehicle is mounted on the upper parking plate 50 until it can be fixed with the tire stopper 52. Then, the lift support 60 is extended to return the upper parking plate 50 to the horizontal state.

Hereinafter, second, third and fourth embodiments of the folding multi-stage parking apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 9. The second embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is different from the first embodiment in FIG. 1 in the following points. That is, in the first embodiment, the stretchable lift support portion 60, which was connected to the upper parking plate 50 and the bottom frame 20, is connected to the rear support frame 30 and the front support member 80, and the lift support portion 60 The point is that the front support member 80 is forcibly bent and extended by expansion and contraction to operate the upper parking plate 50.

The third embodiment of FIG. 8 and the fourth embodiment of FIG. 9 are modifications of the first embodiment of FIG. 1 and the second embodiment of FIG. 6, respectively, and the upper parking plate 50 has only one step. It has a two-tiered structure.

Although some embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these, and it goes without saying that appropriate modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention.

【0026】[0026]

[Effect of device]

The foldable multi-stage parking device according to the present invention described above has the following effects.
