しい。2. Description of the Related Art The applicant of the present invention has previously described Nos. 11-14.
A manhole waterproofing method schematically shown in the drawing has been proposed (see, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 64-43623). According to this waterproofing method, as shown in FIGS. 11 to 12, as a waterproofing material, the manhole (a) to be constructed is preliminarily formed into a tubular shape having a size capable of closely covering the entire inner surface of the manhole (a). A waterproof material (1 ') made of a rigid or semi-rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin that has been deformed so as to have a smaller diameter than that of (a) is used, and the waterproof material (1') is subjected to the above deformation under the deformed state. After inserting into the manhole (a) (see Fig. 13), it is expanded and restored to the original cylindrical shape by heating and pressurizing from the inside and adhered to the entire inner surface of the manhole (a) (see Fig. 14).
By doing so, the waterproof treatment can be applied. According to this waterproofing method, the workability and the waterproofing performance can be improved, but the following points were still unsatisfactory. Since it is necessary to prevent the sewage from flowing into the manhole (a) during the construction, it is necessary to change the water through the bypass (e) as shown in FIG. 15, which is troublesome and costly. Cause of. It is difficult to fit the bottom portion of the tubular waterproof material (1 ') into the water passage groove (omitted in FIGS. 11 to 15) of the invert portion that constitutes the bottom portion of the manhole (a).

を特徴とするマンホールの防水工法に係る。According to the present invention, as a waterproof material, the manhole to be constructed is preliminarily molded into a tubular shape having a size capable of closely covering the entire inner surface, and has a smaller diameter than the manhole. Using a hard or semi-rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin waterproof material that has been deformed as described above, and after inserting the waterproof material into the manhole under a deformed state,
In the waterproof method of heating and pressurizing from the inside to expand and restore the original shape and cover the inner surface of the manhole, before the insertion process of the deformed waterproof material into the manhole, the upper surface of the invert part that constitutes the bottom of the manhole Is covered with a bottom waterproof material having a concave groove portion that fits the water passage, and a water conduit having a size and shape that fits in the concave groove portion is installed in the concave groove portion of the bottom waterproof material, The process of forming a water passage of the above, through the above steps, and by applying the above-mentioned waterproofing method, the entire surface of the manhole is covered with a tubular waterproof material, and then the trunk of the tubular waterproof material is left. After cutting and removing the bottom portion and removing the water conduit using this cutting and removing portion as a working port, the tubular waterproof material and the bottom waterproof material are bonded or welded at the peripheral portion of the latter waterproof material. Manhole prevention characterized by being integrated by application According to the method.

Is installed. This water shield is temporary, and it is necessary to return it to a water-permeable state eventually. Therefore, the water shield bag (d) is configured so that the water shield is substantially lost by bursting or bleeding air. Those made of rubber having high elasticity and high tensile strength are suitable. The water blocking of the downstream side sewer pipe (b 2 ) is omitted in the figure, but may be performed by the same means as the upstream side. Thus, the sewer pipe (b
After preventing the water from flowing in from 1 ) and (b 2 ), the inside of the manhole (a), in particular, the bottom is cleaned. This concludes the preliminary work.

It becomes difficult to insert into the manhole (a) under the current dimensions of. In such a case, therefore, before insertion, the bottom waterproof material (2) is folded in two along the groove (21), preferably under a heat-softened state, and then the fold line is oriented vertically to form the manhole (a). ), And after the insertion, it is restored to its original shape, preferably under a heat-softened state, and at the same time, the concave groove portion (21) is fitted into the water passage groove (c 1 ) as shown in FIG. It It is preferable that the bottom waterproof material (2) is adhered and fixed to the upper surface of the invert portion (c) in order to prevent water from entering inside the bottom surface of the bottom waterproof material (2) after waterproofing work. As the adhesive, for example, an epoxy resin-based adhesive can be applied.

When the water level is relatively high and the flow rate is large, such as during the rainy season or during rainfall, there is a risk that water will flow into the manhole (a) from the space (4) where the padding (5) is applied. Therefore, in such a case, use the padding (5) etc. to create the space (4)
Or seal the air bag (33) on both ends (32) (32) of the water conduit (3) as shown in FIG.

Since it is possible to carry out waterproofing work with a water passage that holds the water and the sewer pipe (b 2 ) on the downstream side secured, it is not necessary to install a bypass for water change as in the conventional method. The workability can be improved. Before the manhole waterproofing work is performed with a tubular waterproofing agent, the bottom waterproofing material should be coated on the upper surface of the invert portion beforehand, so the recessed groove of the bottom waterproofing material should fit well into the water channel of the inverting portion. After the construction, the concave groove portion can function as a water passage groove in a stable and reliable manner.
