成分とする素材を用いているため、熱と圧力によって塑
性変形が可能で、例えば、プレスなどによって、任意の
振動板形状に加工できる。このため、平板状の振動板だ
けではなく、ドーム状の振動板も自由に加工でき、任意
の音響特性を得ることができる。また、ポリイミド系よ
りなる素材であるため非常に熱軟化温度が高いために耐
熱性が優れており、耐入力特性が大きいスピーカを得る
ことができる。
