Abstract

PURPOSE:To properly absorb the vibrations at the time of the start, stop, and operation respectively by vertically overlapping cushion rubbers having different spring constants respectively to form multiple elastic support members elastically supporting a sealed container via a fitting leg into a double structure. 問題があった。一方、ばね定数の大きな弾性支持部材を
用いた場合、始動時及び停止時の振動は抑制できるもの
の、反って運転時の振動がユニット配管に伝わり易くな
るという問題があった。

付脚14を介して密閉容器13を弾性的に支持する複数
の弾性支持部材15とを備えたものであり、複数の弾性
支持部材15は本実施例においてはクッションゴムが用
いられ、15AはクッションゴムA部、15Bはクッシ
ョンゴムB部である。クッションゴムA部15Aはばね
定数小で、クッションゴムB部15Bはばね定数大のク
ッションゴムが用いられる。弾性支持部材15にはクッ
ションゴムの代わりにスプリングを用いることもでき
る。本発明による横型回転圧縮機の支持装置は、二重構
造式クッションゴム12を用いることにより、始動時に
は図1(A)のR側の大きなばね定数のクッションゴム
B部12Bにて主に振動を吸収し、停止時には図1
(A)のL側の大きなばね定数のクッションゴムB部1
5Bにて主に振動を吸収することができる。又、運転時
には小さなばね部のクッションゴムA部15Aにて主に
振動を吸収することができる。
