Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable construction panel to be fitted from the back side (interior of a building) when conditions do not allow to fit the construction panel from the front side because of such reasons as narrow space between buildings in such places as densely built-up areas. CONSTITUTION:A locking portion 24 of a fitting means B, which is formed almost in the same shape as a male connecting portion, is fitted and interposed between panels formed by means of a male-female connection structure. A fitting surface 23 of the fitting means B is secured to a lathing D of a column shape made of a C-shape steel by means of a securing means such as bolts and nuts or welding means and a panel A is fitted to the lathing D. Thus a panel can be fitted from the back side of the panel, in other words, from inside of a building and furthermore, the fitting work can be accomplished by not deteriorating the normal fitting strength and workability.

However, the above-mentioned mounting structure is only a mounting structure from the panel surface side, and as the density of buildings is increasing as seen in today's large cities, the space between buildings is There is a drawback that the above-described conventional mounting structure cannot be used under the condition that the scaffolding for mounting the panel cannot be installed from the front side in a narrow space.

Therefore, in the present invention, a male,
Via the locking portion of the fixture between the panels formed by the female connection structure, the fixing surface of the fixture is further fixed to a columnar wall base such as C-shaped steel by a fixture such as a bolt-nut or by means such as welding. Since it is fixed and the panel is attached to the wall foundation, the panel can be attached from the back side of the panel, that is, the interior side of the building, and the structure can be attached without losing the usual attachment strength and workability. It is a proposal.

Next, a construction example will be briefly described. It is now assumed that the mounting tool B as shown in FIG. 4 and the panel A as shown in FIG. 3 (a) are used to carry out horizontal installation as shown in FIGS. The fixture B is made of a steel material having a thickness of about 1.6 mm, and the panel A includes a front surface material 1 and a back surface material 17.
As a core material 20, a raw material in which pearlite particles are mixed with a phenol foam raw material is discharged, reacted, foamed, and then cured to be integrated. Therefore, on the wall base D made of C-shaped steel,
In order to fix the male connecting part 6 side of the panel A 1 of the step,
The locking portion 24 of the fixture B is inserted into the insertion edge 7.

As described above, according to the structure for mounting a building panel according to the present invention, even if the panel cannot be mounted from the front side of the building, the locking portion of the mounting tool can be secured. Since it is arranged between the male and female connecting parts of the panel and the fixing surface of the wall base and the fixture is fixed via the fixture, the panel is mounted from the back side (indoor side) with normal attachment strength and construction. It becomes a structure that can be attached without losing the sex. There are effects and features.
