Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the filling of a fluid efficiently by a method wherein an introducing pipe shaped part for a fluid is formed by press-closing the rear part of a group of sealing bags, and after introducing the fluid in the introducing pipe shaped part by inserting a fluid introducing tool in the introducing pipe shaped part, the fluid is filled in the sealed bags at the rear closed part of the introducing pipe shaped part. CONSTITUTION:At a process B, a long sheet shaped sealing bag A is transferred forward. Also, at a process C, a rear specified part of a fluid introducing part 5 at the group of sealing bags A, and an open part 4 in the longitudinal direction to reach the rear specified part are respective press-closed, and an introducing pipe shaped part 5a for the fluid, of which rear part is closed, is formed. In addition, at a process D, a fluid introducing tool 14 is inserted in the introducing pipe shaped part 5a from the front part, and the fluid in introduced in the introducing pipe shaped part 5a. The introduced fluid is filled and sealed in a sealing bag 2 in front of the rear closed part of the introducing pipe shaped part 5a, through a check valve l. Then, at a process E, a group of sealed bags 2b with a specified length, in which the fluid has been filled and sealed, are cut 16.

The fluid-tight bag constructed as described above has various advantages as described in the publication but is not long. Therefore, in combination with the structure, when filling and sealing fluid such as air, it is necessary to fill all the sealed bags, and depending on the need at that time, fill only the sealed bag in the required range with fluid. There is a problem that the filling operation cannot be performed continuously.

As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems and achieving the object, in the present invention, a plurality of plastic film-made flat fluid-tight seals each containing a check valve made of a plastic film are provided. The bags are integrally connected in a parallel state, and each of the sealed bags can be separately communicated with the outside through only the flow path provided in the check valve, and at the installation side of the check valve, The upper and lower two plastic films are extended along the peripheral edge of the continuous sealing bag to form a fluid introduction portion composed of the two plastic films having an opening portion in the longitudinal direction thereof, and the reverse of each of the above. A method for continuously filling a fluid in a long sheet-shaped sealing bag for fluid, which is formed by facing a flow path of a stop valve between the two plastic films, the long sheet-shaped sealing bag Transferring the group to the front, A required part of the rear part of the fluid introduction part in the bag group is pressure-closed, and at least the longitudinal open part up to the pressure-closed part is pressure-closed to close the rear part. A step of forming a fluid introduction tubular portion, a step of inserting a fluid introduction device into the introduction tubular portion from the front portion of the introduction tubular portion to introduce the fluid into the introduction tubular portion, and a step of being introduced into the introduction tubular portion From the step of filling and sealing the fluid in each sealing bag in front of the rear closing portion of the introduction tubular portion via each check valve, and the step of cutting the sealing bag group of the required length filled and sealed with the fluid. We have developed and adopted a method for continuously filling a fluid into a series of multiple sealed fluid-filled bags.

Next, in the transfer step B, the sealed bag group A is held by a pair of upper and lower paired transfer impellers (pinch rolls) 10 and 10 arranged in front of the roll body 7 with a required space. This impeller 1
In this embodiment, 0 and 10 are configured to be intermittently rotated by the motor 11 at some time intervals in order to surely fill the sealed bags 2 having the required length with air. And each blade 10a, 1 of the impellers 10, 10.
It is dimensioned so that the continuous portion 2a of each sealing bag 2 is held by the tip of 0a and kicked forward to be transferred, and each sealing bag 2b filled with air passes between the impellers 10 and 10. It is configured so as not to be damaged by the applied pressure when it is pressed.

In the closing step C, the roll body 7 is
And the closing members 12, 12 composed of upper and lower paired rolling rollers that freely rotate and arranged between the transfer impellers 10 and 10 in the transfer step B, and the closing member 13 composed of upper and lower paired rotating endless belts, 13 is performed by pressing the introduction portion 5 from above and below, and the closing member 12,
Reference numeral 12 is a member that crosses the insertion portion 5 and the sealing bag 2 to pressurize and close a required portion of the rear portion of the insertion portion 5, and the closing members 13 and 13 extend at least up to the pressure closing portion by the rolling roll. The opening part 4 of the introduction part 5 is pressure-closed, and the introduction part 5 thus pressure-closed at two places temporarily forms a dead end-shaped introduction tubular part 5a. In this embodiment, the surface of each closing member is covered with an elastic substance such as sponge or rubber, so that the surface of the group of sealed bags A to be transferred is not damaged and is introduced in close contact with the surface. The tubular portion 5a can be reliably closed. Further, the closing members 11, 11 may be provided only at the location of the introduction pipe 1.

In the air introducing step D, the air is supplied from the nozzle 15 of the introducing device 14 which is an air supplying device inserted in the introducing tubular portion 5a, slightly behind the impeller 10 in the transferring step B. The air introduced into the introducing tubular portion 5a is operated by the action of the introducing tubular portion 5a.
From the relationship that the rear part of a is closed and is in a dead end state, through the flow passages 3 of the respective check valves 1 in each of the plurality of sealed bags 2 existing between the closed part and the introduction device 14. The filling and sealing is performed smoothly and surely one after another to continuously form the filling and sealing bags 2b. Although the setting position of the nozzle 15 of the introduction instrument 14 is not limited, it is desirable that the nozzle 15 is provided at the tip of the instrument 14 and / or at a portion facing the respective sealing bags 2 side.
