Prior Art In general, the incidence of weft insertion errors in shuttleless looms aiming for higher speeds, especially fluid jet looms, is higher than in shuttled looms, and it is difficult to stop the loom to handle weft insertion errors. This goes against the productivity improvement that is the reason for the high-speed orientation. However, once a weft insertion error occurs, the machine must be stopped and the weft insertion error must be dealt with in order to maintain the quality of the woven fabric. The loom is stopped based on the weft insertion error detection signal from the weft detection device, but in order to prevent damage to various parts of the high-speed loom, the loom is stopped after the loom has inertia operated for more than one revolution, so weft insertion is not possible. Mistaken weft threads (hereinafter referred to as "mistake threads") are beaten before the machine stops and are woven into the woven fabric. Therefore, it is necessary to reverse the machine to release the warp from holding the misplaced thread and remove the misplaced thread. Conventionally, this work for removing the misplaced thread has been carried out by hand. However, since the misplaced yarns are driven into the woven fabric in the same way as normal weft yarns, even when the warp threads are set to the maximum open state, the state in which the misplaced threads are held by the warp threads is not sufficiently released. Therefore, it is not easy to remove the misplaced threads, and the removal work is very complicated, and the loom is stopped for a long time, which hinders productivity improvement.

As mentioned above, it stops after inertial operation for one rotation or more. During this inertial operation state, weft threads are also woven into the fabric, but since the loom is in a deceleration state, the beating state of the weft threads is different from that of other weft threads, resulting in defects such as weaving steps in the fabric. Therefore, it is desirable to also remove the weft threads woven during the inertial operation, but as mentioned above, this removal work is not easy.

Furthermore, as long as the weft processing is performed manually, it is not possible to cope with the automation of the loom.

Embodiment Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is embodied in a fluid injection type loom will be described based on the drawings.A weft yarn Y supplied from a weft supply section (not shown) is measured in length by feed rollers 1 and 2. When the weft gripping gripper 4, which is opened and closed in synchronization with the weft insertion timing of the loom, is closed, the weft Y is ejected from the storage nozzle 3 and stored in the direction of the storage pipe 5 having the slit 5a. The weft yarn Y passing through the guide hole 6 and the gripper 4 passes through the auxiliary gripper 7, which is always open, and is guided into the main nozzle 9 on the slay 8, which is reciprocally oscillated, and is activated in synchronization with the weft insertion timing. The wefts are injected from the main nozzle 9 into the guide holes 10a of the weft guide members 10 arranged in parallel on the sled 8. The auxiliary gripper 7 is opened and closed by an electromagnetic solenoid 11, and is closed when the loom is in reverse rotation so as to grip the weft yarn Y.

When the weft yarn Y ejected from the main nozzle 9 is inserted normally and reaches the end of the woven fabric W on the side opposite to the weft insertion side, the weft yarn guide member The weft yarn escapes from the guide hole 10a of No. 10 through the slit 10b, and the weft yarn is driven into the front W1 of the woven fabric W by the reed 12 on the slay 8, and is woven into the woven fabric W. The weft yarn is cut by a weft cutting device 13 provided near the cloth end on the weft insertion side. That is, the reed 12 moves from the most retracted position shown by the solid line in FIG. 2 to the beating position shown by the chain line, and the weft inserted into the guide hole 10a of the weft guide member 10 is beaten into the woven fabric W. Time, reed 1
The weft between the main nozzle 9 and the woven fabric W, which has been moved to the vicinity of the woven fabric W1 integrally with the weft cutting device 1
The guide plate 16 is guided between the fixed blade 14 and the rotary blade 15 that form the third blade, and is guided and locked in the guide recess 16a of the guide plate 16. After beating the reed, the main nozzle 9 retreats from the woven fabric W1 integrally with the reed 12, and the weft is pulled from the woven fabric W1, but the weft remains locked in the guide recess 16a.
At this time, the rotary blade 15 linked to the lever 18, which is reciprocated about the shaft 18 by the cam plate 17 which is rotated in synchronization with the weaving timing of the loom, is rotated about the shaft 19 as shown in FIG. It is rotated clockwise to cut the weft yarn. and,
The subsequent weaving operation continues.

After the weft insertion error detection signal (also a machine stop signal) is issued, the machine rotates approximately one and a half times due to inertia and then stops. That is, when a weft insertion error occurs, the weft insertion error detection signal is issued while the reed 12 moves forward in the direction of the arrow from the most retracted position shown by the solid line in FIG. After that, the reed 12 once returns to the most retracted position, and then moves forward to the furthest point and stops just before hitting the reed. At this time, the miss yarn Y' is woven as shown in FIG. 3a. Further, the weft yarn cutting device 13 is temporarily put in an inoperative state based on the machine stop signal, and the miss yarn Y' is connected to the main nozzle 9 side without being cut and separated. That is, the weft removal plate 21, which is rotatably supported on the shaft 20 in parallel with the guide plate 16, is rotated around the shaft 20 in FIG. The guide plate 16 is rotated in the circumferential direction, and the guide recess 16a of the guide plate 16 overlaps with the weft removal plate 21 as shown in FIG. This polymerization state is double-edged 1
It is performed before the occlusion of 4 and 15, and the double-edged blade 1 is created by beating the reed.
The weft introduced between 4 and 15 is not guided and locked in the guide recess 16a. Therefore, after beating the reed, Orimae W1
The main nozzle 9 moves back integrally with the reed 12, causing the weft to separate from the interlocking position of the double blades 14 and 15. Since the engagement of the double blades 14 and 15 is performed after this weft yarn is separated, the miss yarn Y' is connected to the main nozzle 9 side without being cut and separated.

During the inertial operation, weft insertion following the missed yarn Y' is carried out, and the weft yarn is ejected from the main nozzle 9, but since this injected weft yarn is connected to the missed yarn Y', as shown in FIG. The weft is inserted into the warp opening in an inverted U-shape. The same weft yarn is then sucked by a suction nozzle 24 provided near the main nozzle 9. The nozzle 24 is operated based on the machine stop signal, and a reciprocating device 2 such as an air cylinder or an electromagnetic solenoid

As Y' is woven in as shown in Figure 3a,
Based on the loom stop signal, the suction nozzle 24 is advanced to the weft path, and the suction nozzle 24 is moved forward to the weft path to remove the erroneous yarn during the inertia operation of the loom.
Following Y', the weft ejected from the main nozzle 9 is sucked into the suction nozzle 24. In this case, the weft yarn cutting device 13 is placed in an inoperative state based on the machine stop signal, and the erroneous yarn Y' is connected to the weft yarn sucked into the suction nozzle 24 without being cut and separated. A weft yarn detection device (not shown) is provided inside the suction nozzle 24 and detects the weft suctioned into the nozzle 24 . Also, main nozzle 9
A cutter (not shown) is installed nearby.
It is activated at the same time as the machine is stopped, and the weft is cut between the main nozzle 9 and the suction nozzle 24 (in this case, the weft can also be cut at a predetermined time before restarting). . moreover,
At the same time as the machine stops, the auxiliary gripper 7 is closed, and the weft yarn is gripped by the gripper 7.

After the machine is stopped, the feed rollers 1 and 2 are separated by an air cylinder or a solenoid (not shown), and the length measurement function is canceled. After that, the loom is 1
The reed is automatically reversed about half a turn, and the reed 12 stops at the most retracted position shown by the solid line in FIG. During this reversal, the gripper 4 is released, but the weft is held by the auxiliary gripper 7.
Therefore, the same weft yarn is not pulled out in the weft insertion direction by the main nozzle 9 or the suction nozzle 24 which is operable. When the machine stops due to a weft insertion error, the error yarn Y' is woven into the woven fabric W as shown in FIG. 3a. When the machine is reversed, the warp threads T1 and T2 each move in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3a, and when the reverse rotation is stopped, they reach the maximum opening state shown in FIG. 3b.
Therefore, the gripping state of the misplaced yarn Y' by the warp threads T1 and T2, that is, the weaving state, is released.

After the machine is reversed, the geared motor 27 is activated to rotate forward, and the weft separation member 2 is in the retracted position shown in FIG.
9 is inserted into the warp opening as shown in FIG. Since the missed yarn Y' is connected to the suction nozzle 24 side, the weft separation member 29 is inserted between the incorrect yarn Y' and the woven fabric W, and as the separation member 29 is inserted into the weft, As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 8, the missed yarn Y' comes into contact with the pin 31 and is separated from the woven fabric W toward the warp opening side. Then, when the weft separation member 29 reaches the fabric end on the side opposite to weft insertion, the missed yarn is removed.
Y' is completely separated from the woven fabric W, the geared motor 27 is operated in reverse, the belt 28 is housed in the container 30, and the weft separation member 29 returns to the retracted position.

In this way, in this embodiment, the cutting function of the weft thread cutting device is temporarily deactivated based on the machine stop signal that occurs when a weft insertion error occurs, and the weft insertion is performed following the error thread woven into the woven fabric. The weft yarn is connected to the main nozzle 9 side without being cut and separated from the miss yarn that has become a part of the woven fabric through weaving, and the same weft yarn is sucked by the suction nozzle 24 provided near the nozzle 9. As a result, the weft separator 26 can separate the erroneous yarns from the woven fabric, eliminating the complexity associated with the conventional work of manually separating erroneous yarns from the woven fabric, and automatically handling the erroneous yarns. It can be carried out. Therefore, the present invention can cope with the recent trend toward automation of looms, and can also reduce the stop time of high-speed looms for the purpose of improving productivity, and can also cope with the trend toward higher speeds of looms. It's something you get.

Although the present invention has been embodied in the processing of mis-threads in the above-mentioned embodiments, it is not limited to the processing of mis-threads, but also the wefts that are woven during inertial operation when the machine is stopped due to warp cutting during weaving or when the machine is artificially stopped. It is also possible to implement the case where it is removed to prevent weaving steps, etc.

Note that the weft cutting device is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment; for example, a rotating blade may be driven by the operation of an electromagnetic solenoid, and when a weft insertion error occurs, the electromagnetic solenoid may be rendered inactive based on a machine stop signal. Another possibility is to temporarily disable the cutting function.

Furthermore, the weft separating means is not limited to the above-described embodiment; for example, a shaft on which a plurality of weft hooking pins are implanted is provided above the woven fabric, which does not come into contact with the reed during normal operation of the loom, and when a weft insertion error occurs, It is also conceivable to rotate the shaft in the vicinity of the entire area of the woven cloth and to hook and separate the missed yarn from the woven fabric using a weft hooking pin.

Effects As detailed above, the present invention temporarily disables the cutting function of the weft thread cutting device for cutting and separating the weft threads woven into the woven fabric before the next weft insertion based on the machine stop signal. When the machine is in the operating state, just before the machine stops, the weft is inserted in an inverted U-shape connected to the woven fabric, and after the machine is stopped, the suction nozzle disposed near the main nozzle removes the weft in the inverted U-shape. Since the weft is suctioned, it is easy to remove the weft just before the machine stops, and if there is a misplaced thread, the same misplaced thread is connected to the suctioned weft, so it is easy to weave the weft. It is also easy to separate from the fabric, making it compatible with recent automation of looms.
