考案が解決しようとする問題点 このような従来の構造は、フアンの回転時に生

中に浮遊しているかびの栄養源となるホコリ・汚
染物質等が翼部に付着し環境によつては、第4図
に示すように翼部101の限られた部分(内側壁
面)にかび102が発生する問題があつた。この
ようにかび102が発生すると、特に空調機の場
合、運転時にかびの胞子や菌糸の集まりによるコ
ロニー等が空気中に飛散したりするため、衛生面
において特に問題であつた。

適性を向上させるばかりではなく、安価に処理で
き、又、皮膜が均一である事から、経済性、量産
性も高い。
